Lovely venue that is quite well run. Saw a production of The Wild Irish Geese and it was wonderful. Very edifying and the actors were great. Kudos to writer and scéalaí, Megan Murphy and director, Kim Blackwell.

High praise for another great live Theatre production @ The 4th Line Theatre! The Housekeeper, directed and co-written by R.Winslow is a highly entertaining and 'spicy' storyline. It was NOT a 'sleeper'!

I LOVED my experience at this lovely theatre. We purchased a charcuterie box to munch on prior to the show, which had ample snacks. Plenty of porti-potties, including one or two that were "wheelchair accessible". The stage area was well thought out, and the entire space was well used. I LOVE the idea of being "en plein air". I enjoyed seeing the actresses utilizing an actual wagon (one that would have be pulled behind a horse) as part of the play. We saw "The Farmerettes". It was well written and performed. The actresses did a superb job in each of their roles (several ladies played more than one role). The band did a great job with the music, but I feel that they could have been placed in a better location than under the staircase to the side. It lead to the performers and musicians losing each other a couple of times, but they were able to recover and continue on, which is commendable. I look forward to returning in the future!!

Down a winding dirt road in the backcountry of Cavan/Millbrook, is this monster of a outdoor theatre on the Winslow Farm. Complete with concession stand, outhouses, picnic tables, and grandstands for your viewing pleasure. We watched the halloween show recently and it was spectacular. This is a very professional theatre and a local gem. Anyone looking for something to do in the Kawartha's should strongly consider checking out a show at this stunning site to see. The staff are friendly and very willing to help. During COVID-19 this is a safe way to still enjoy theatre in a safe manner. Congrats to such a wonderful group of talented people.
