Been a few months since i have been to this location because service never used to be great but heard that things had changed recently so dropped in yesterday during camp day. OMG what a difference. It was so well decorated, everyone was so friendly and the service was really fast, my coffee was actually made right, (Queensway take notice).
Figured I'd give it a shot today, after camp day to see if it was a one off or if things really had changed.
Yup, still fast, still friendly, food and coffee were spot on.
Whatever has changed there, keep it going, it's nice to have a timmies in town that gets it right, is friendly and people behind the counter were actually laughing with each other.
It also looked a lot cleaner than when i was in there last.

Wish I could give zero. I order an iced latte and most of the time they give me an iced coffee. Definitely not the same thing and iced coffee is just disgusting. Tastes likes watery milk. Might want to make a little more effort to actually train employees how to make all the products correctly.

The restaurant is dirty and feels ghetto, so I never stay inside. They never check mobile orders! Never. So you have to wait in a long line, then tell the staff about the mobile order and then still wait for your turn, even though you waited in line...so 20 minutes for the order or not at all if you don't stand in line. And even though they prioritize the drive-thru, most orders are made incorrectly (whether ordered in the drive-thru, mobile or in store). So you still end up inside if you have time and have to wait to get someone's attention to fix your order which takes forever as well. They ignore people trying to get their attention as they want you to just get back in line, but once I had my toddler with me and they messed up my drive-thru order so I started repeating myself to get help multiple times as I wasn't going to wait another 20 minutes just because they made a mistake. I find that the staff often look at me blankly like they don't understand so I don't know if it's a language barrier or something. We've called managers and they just argue. We've been going here for a year consistently and we rarely leave with no issues. The staff taking orders at the window seem to never understand the order and we have to repeat multiple times, but it seems to be a struggle. Once, the volume was so low that I could not hear them taking the order- then I told the staff at the window as a heads-up but he didn't understand me at all due to a language barrier. To the staff, I'm always courteous. I know it's a busy job and showing frustration wouldn't help. But management needs to get a handle on this location-it's a total mess and doesn't seem like it belongs to the Tim Hortons franchise.

I have had the pleasure of working with the owners and staff and this and the Port Dover location for various community events and truly they care about the community and the customer service they provide. Expect the consistency of Tim Hortons that we have come to love - but this team goes above and beyond! Thank you for all that you do!

Making this review directly because I got a large coffee today and they told me I couldn’t have a roll up because they didn’t have my size. I’ve never had this problem in the last 10 years coming to Tim Hortons. Who ever the manager is, is directing their employees to do wrong when we PAY for the coffee. Didn’t realize cups come out of their paycheque. Won’t be coming back to this location. Do better.
