I purchased a 10-jump pass during a Black Friday deal in 2023, expecting it to be a great gift for my daughter. In January 2025, I attempted to use the remaining six passes, only to be told they had “expired” two months earlier—despite the pass clearly stating “REDEEM ANY DATE AND TIME” with no expiry mentioned.

When I raised this with the manager, Zoe, I was told the passes were worthless, and I’d have to pay full price for my child to jump ($60 or so for two kids). I emailed the company that night, but they didn’t bother responding.

This is simply false advertising, dishonest business practices, and awful service. As a person that takes principals seriously, I’ll be reporting this to Alberta Consumer Protection and considering further escalation to get my money back. Kids do love trampolines, so it’s hard to avoid, but definitely don’t buy their passes, it’s a scam.

You will certainly have an amazing time at the Flying Squirrel. It’s not only for the children, adults you will have a great workout running after them 😆. Great place for children's parties and if you are a competitive family, this is the place for you. I suggest taking your reusable water bottles to avoid paying for bottled water. Overall a fun experience will certainly return…

P.S. On Fridays & Saturdays after 8 pm, they turn off all the lights, the music gets louder and the Neon lights come on to set the place aglow!

We just celebrated my daughter’s 9th birthday party here and it was wonderful! OJ was our party host and he went out of his way to make sure my daughter felt extra special and was so attentive and helpful despite the place being super busy. I highly recommend Flying Squirrel for birthday parties, it’s well worth the price and was very stress free and tons of fun.

No doubt this place is pricey - worth the extra money, if you ask me ! Kids parties are epic and rememberable! Our host was amazing she took all of the pressure off of us so we could just enjoy ourselves and the party. Worth it !

I recently visited here with my brother and sister, and we had an amazing time—it really brought out my inner child, and I loved the experience! However, I noticed the music being played included a lot of explicit songs with cursing, which felt out of place in a family-friendly environment filled with children.
It would be great if you could consider more kid-friendly playlists to make the experience enjoyable for everyone. Thank you for all the fun

So much fun at this place! One hour you can do so much, so many activities to do especially going with a group of friends.. we had super fun.. I would recommend this place for any fun occasion or kids bday parties but be prepared to have a painful body the day after.. the place is super fun and exciting for kids of all ages.. I think this place is super busy on Saturdays (my reason to take off one star) but it can be fun & provide Sunday for resting...

Today we came to the Neón lights from 9pm to 11pm. My kids were so happy they were eating your yummy pizza, only to find out that you were not serving at this time. Sad that my kids didn’t eat or anything before coming. Everything else is great. But that’s the down side. Other places have the kitchen open until half hour before closing. Not closed at 9:30pm if it’s open until 11pm. So that was a downer and kind of was a deception.

We held my son’s 9th birthday party at this location last July. Whitney was our host and if anything, she’s one of the reason why it was a huge success!

I felt comfortable with her right away- her smile, friendly demeanour, and patience with all 10 kids. We were impressed with her overall service and appreciated her gesture of concern as to how to go about the timing of the pizza and cake time. She had great instincts as to how to handle our party. I just got off work and was busy catching up with my guests whom some of them I have’t seen in a couple years. We’re so grateful to Whitney 😍
