Je déconseille totalement ! Uniquement la réceptionniste était bien dans cet hôtel. Il y avait soit disant une promo, nous avons payé 150 CAD pour une nuit, pour 2 personnes. C’était il y a 2 semaines. Chambres mal entretenues et nous avons un doute sur la propreté. Hôtel non-fumeurs… alors pourquoi on avait une odeur de cigarette dans la salle de bain ?! On a dû faire changer les serviettes de bains qui s’étaient imprégnées de l’odeur. La réceptionniste nous a proposé une autre chambre, la seule disponible car l’hôtel était full, cette chambre était encore pire ! Une odeur d’humidité et de pipi de chat ! Mon copain et moi-même sommes resté dans la chambre initiale, à choisir.. la literie n’était pas confortable, nous avons laissé la porte de la salle de bain fermée pour éviter de sentir la cigarette mais nos vêtements ont fini par s’imprégner de l’odeur. Petit déjeuner inclus, pas trop mal, mais on est en 2023, au moins un lait végétal serait de mise. Hôtel soit disant écologique mais met à disposition des couverts, gobelets et assiettes en plastique. Le seul truc bien, c’est le restaurant Cactus Club à côté de l’hôtel. Perso, en vue de l’état de l’hôtel je n’aurais pas osé mettre un pied dans la piscine.

A cause de la Stampede, le prix à été x3. C'est exagéré pour un 2 étoiles. Sinon l'hôtel était propre, ménage fait dans les chambres. La piscine qui a été bien venu à besoin d'une sérieuse rénovation ( peinture au fond de la piscine à refaire).

Nice place. Cheap. Close to all the venues we needed to be at. Quiet. It's really old. 2 levels. The tub did not drain well.. typical of old hotels. Carpets need a cleaning. The cleaning staff were great. So kind and courteous. Front desk was ok - Nice when we checked in but not on top of things for breakfast. Breakfast fast was hard boiled eggs, cereal, toast, waffles, bagel, toast, yogurt and fruit. It was a nice selection but the tables were dirty and had to ask to have it cleaned, had to ask to have things restocked in Feb 14.
For the price, beds are comfy, it's quiet - I was pleased.

Was made to feel like I was a joke, the counter staff had 1 lady that kept speaking 1 word of English and then would laugh after it that's what made me feel like my situation was a laughing matter and that how my room got booked was a joke. Not everybody is disability could be seen. The room was okay. The water was horrible, had to turn it on full blast to really hot just to get warm water to have a shower. The gentleman when I got here even though all three were speaking their language and dealing with me, the gentleman was being professional and it seemed like he was training the younger girl out of the two. Overall wasn't the greatest experience

Rooms were clean, and the staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The free breakfast room had hard-boiled eggs, juice, coffee, yogurt, bread and bagels, waffles, cereal, and some fruit. For the price we paid, it was good enough. Compared to Canada's Best Inn just north of Chinook, this place was a treat.

Room was clean however I can't get over the strong smell of stale cigarette smoke! Considering it states this is a non smoking hotel. I had a horrible headache and hard time breathing. However I couldn't get a refund.

Super Rude General Manager on duty when we left for check out on Monday which we want to stay longer for our road way home is closed because of snow. He almost hit me, because of his temper. Good thing, my husband came right away to check on me. Police were called.
Upon arrival on Friday, front desk attendant wasn't welcoming , they were speaking there Indian Language. I told them nicely from an 8-10hours drive, "can you speak English?" she was like, "oh, we are not talking about you, with a look and raised voice on me", the GM on duty was beside her, good thing! He was nice and approach my concern nicely. Thanks still, we had a great time. Cheaper and great rooms but most of the staffs are rude. Would never come back there.

I stayed for 5 nights and it was fine. It was a bit noisier than I'd anticipated, one of the websites had said the rooms were all soundproofed. I would say definitely they are not. However it wasn't too terrible, maybe it was just someone above me who had heavy feet...🤷🏽‍♀️ The free breakfast was fine, fairly good selection for a "continental" self serve style meal. The "fresh" fruit was not great, and I'm not sure how "fresh" it was, but it was edible 😂 Aside from that the room was ok, comfy bed, it's pet friendly and my dog and I were quite comfortable during our stay. No real issues or complaints.
