A great outdoors experience. The park has many pathways, and water level platforms for the littles and large to enjoy nature. The play area includes a large climbing structure, along with many wooden apparatus for the kids to test their agility on, as well as a zip line.

The kids really enjoyed discovering bugs and seeing the birds at this park.

No dogs allowed in the park.

This building is so beautiful architecturally. Beautiful place for events and photography. The information centre inside is very informative with some cool art and taxidermy and the staff is very friendly. One of my most favorite and visited parks in and around the Calgary area.

Great little zipline for the kiddos. Can't wait to come back in the summer and check out all the trails. The employee that was there was fantastic. Wish i got her name. Whoever was working at around 2pm on January 11th, 2025 deserves praise.

The park seems a little bit isolated with a chance that you might feel that the GPS took you to the wrong place (the entrance is unpaved).

Nonetheless, it is very quiet but I would not call it a full-fledge park. A nice little waterways around (lots of nice little ducks), a very modest trails and a sense of garden (people were picking up apples). The building is my fav part and it seems well-maintained.

It is great for families as its playground is one of the best around. So if you have kids, it should be your next destination. Worth the try!

And, yeah, no dogs are allowed.

This place has a really cool playground and has nice views of the wetlands. There are walking paths and indoor space for different functions as well. I came here with my kids and they had fun on the little zip line and climbing on the structures.

Nice park playground, Picnic area, Lots of benches all through the park and Hiking is fairly easy. Park surrounded by the industrial area and farms so once in awhile you will be saying what the hell is that smell other than that it's great for bird photography. Note these pictures are to give you perspective on what the park looks like.

Go up
