The level of expertise and detail with their services is amazing! I got the 4-hour Package for my wife and I have not heard a single negative feedback from my wife (who by the way is very picky with these types of services). Jenny, you are a phenomenal expert in your field. This was my cousins and I first time having a facial (luxury) and it was amazing! My cousins said the same thing about the other ladies! It was so professional but they made us so comfortable & safe. Explaining each step of the process! Our skins are so refreshed, glowing and beautiful!

직원분들이 굉장히 친절하고 세심하게 설명해 주셔서 처음 방문하는 사람도 부담 없이 편하게 받을 수 있었어요. 상담 과정에서도 제 피부 상태에 맞는 맞춤형 케어를 추천해 주셔서 신뢰가 갔습니다.

관리실 내부는 전체적으로 깔끔하고 정돈된 느낌이었어요. 청결 관리가 철저하게 이루어지는 게 느껴졌고, 스파 특유의 은은한 향과 차분한 분위기가 몸과 마음을 편안하게 해줬어요.

시술이 끝난 후 바로 피부가 촉촉하고 생기 있어 보였어요. 특히 주름과 피부처짐이 확실히 개선된 게 느껴져서 만족도가 높았어요. 몇 시간 후 거울을 보니 피부 톤도 균일해지고 전체적으로 더 맑아 보였어요.

친절한 응대, 깔끔한 시설, 그리고 확실한 효과까지— 다시 방문하고 싶은 곳입니다. 앞으로도 정기적으로 관리받으러 올 것 같아요.

I agree with the other reviews. It is a delightful experience!
I came for a Head Spa because my scalp is so dry this time of year. Young is awesome and has excellent skills.
This was super rejuvenating! It was the most thorough treatment I have had for scalp and hair care. I even looked much younger afterwards due to the massaging of my head, acupressure points, neck shoulders and arms. The treatment included washing my hair with special products, and mask, very relaxing special tools, light therapy, drying hair and more steps than I can list!
Also had a very amazing body scrub.
I am rebooked with Young for a facial. 😁
