They are nearly 15 yrs in business and have finessed the medical spa experience. I really wish I could give more stars than just five!

With the addition of the clinic leader, Lynette, Vive has become the best version of itself. Not only do they have stellar experts on staff to administer treatments and share product information, but you are given the warmest welcome and truly feel like family rather than just a number (a sensation from other clinics I’ve visited).

What you need to know…. You can book with anyone and be very happy with results. I have seen Amber and Charlene a number of times and love how tuned-in they are to your aesthetic needs.

They have a phenomenal selection of various product lines, such as Zo (which I personally love… try the DPD and Growth Factor Serum.. you can thank me later). Everyone is knowledgeable and can recommend products and treatments - without being pushy. This makes it feel like they truly care about your spa experience.

I had the Pearl laser at Vive. Charlene was excellent . She was super helpful and knowledgeable. The appointment was almost pain free. She followed up with me the next day to ensure there were no complications. I would highly recommend Vive med spa for anyone looking at healthier skin!

I received full face & neck Microneedling from Amber twice now. Not knowing what to expect, Amber was a calming, reassuring & knowledgeable presence. What I particularly appreciate about Amber is how detailed and thorough she is providing the treatment. I have full faith in her abilities and trust that she keeps up to date on the latest techniques and studies. She sets realistic expectations and I look forward to taking photos after my 3rd treatment later this year. I 100% recommend Amber and will continue to see her for years to come.

Always friendly and bright office . It is quick and , efficient . I usually get my appointments with Dr Novak but this time I had an appointment with Courtney. I have been a customer over 5 years and always find the staff very competent , friendly and professional . Both Dr Novak and Courtney are super efficient administering procedures without any pain and offering the best advise.
