Been here a few times, and a birthday party!

Well organized, awesome birthday decorating and great communication. Kids had a blast.

The lanes are generally booked on advance on a per hour basis from what I can tell... They're popular, so plan ahead!

Seems like most of the negative reviews are from poor planners with impatient expectations.

FANTASTIC BIRTHDAY SPOT FOR KIDS

I've celebrated my son's 1st and 3rd birthday here and it's been a fantastic experience for everyone. I found it quite affordable getting the party package. Even if the kids are very young they still get to have a fun time with the bowling assists they provide.

Also, fantastic menu options, we had people with Celiac and Lactose intolerant and they had pizza options for everyone. They also have a full menu in case people need something else.

The only thing I would like to see an improvement is for them to provide a space to leave gifts and other things as we were quite crowded on the table.

The communication regarding when the food is coming or where to get extra cups, napkins, etc was a bit spotty too and could be improved. Maybe they could set up a Refill station that's clearly marked.

Overall though, it was a a very pleasant experience. Nice to have a place to go in and out in 2 hours and not worry about cleaning up. We'll probably continue to celebrate future birthdays here.

Pretty fun place. Five pin bowling. I think when you pay you have to specify whether you had the one hour booking rather than being charged for each game/player/rental. Thought I’d be charged for the $65/hr and instead got charged per person/game/shoe rental.

Such a bad experience we came this Sunday just passed 7pm. The girl said we are closing so I said that they closed at 8pm are the hours changed? She said no but you have to leave at 8pm sharp... And next time I will have to book when just one lane was occupied. Just paid for one game because my kids wanted to play otherwise I will have not stay. Very rude and not professional

Old skool 5-pin bowling alley with 8 lanes. It's small but charming and affordable with everything in reach including a bar with draught beer. There's several tables for food and drinks, a few arcade games, and even a virtual sports game, which seems out of place but the kids enjoyed running around in the space. We were there for a kids birthday party. They offer affordable packages depending on the size of the party and they'll even decorate. The food isn't that great though. I think the pizzas we had were store bought which was fine for the kids but I wouldn't come for the food.

Good experience as it was our first one. Family friendly and the staff seemed to really care about everything from the food to the experience. I sincerely appreciate a gluten free menu! That was a surprising bonus for us. We rented the simulator and also experienced the bowling. The simulator seemed to be missing some parts and overall the place could use some updates. Despite the cons would certainly return with kids again.

We just hosted a kids birthday party here and it was fantastic! We walked in to a table that was already decorated (with a theme we invented!), the kids had a blast bowling (and the parents sat back with tea and coffee), food was ready to go and they were able to add last minute orders when some unexpected dietary restrictions popped up. After cake (bring in your own - they kept our ice-cream cake in the freezer until we were ready) the kids had a blast playing zombie dodgeball on the sports simulator, and at the end of it all everyone went home and Cochrane Lanes handled the clean up. They know how to throw a stress free party! We've also recently signed up for the 'Kids Bowl Free' summer program and we've made regular use of it: it's great to pop in for an hour of easy family entertainment on a rainy (or sweltering!) day and they're so accommodating. Awesome business in Cochrane!
