Natural Balance Therapies has been helping my body recover from years of stress and old trauma. I was suffering from high anxiety and health problems with unknown causes. The whole team is so wonderful to work with and they teach me something new every visit. Lara is amazing at reflexology and helped lower my anxiety. Ally does the most relaxing aromatherapy massage and taught me about my problem areas. Jarod gives the most skilled reiki massages. The incorporation of reiki is a huge benefit and you get so much more improvement in your body from the session. Nina's osteopathy is my godsend! She is working hard at saving my neglected nervous system. She is so knowledgeable and skilled at helping me heal my chronic pain and inner struggles. Been seeing Cejaye Thoraldson for several years & have had the best experience compared to others I had gone to.
I actually feel relief from my muscle, back & foot pains.
Along with the acupuncture, she does myofascial massage to release the tension prior, It’s amazing!
My foot pain I had from a prior injury, I had gone to regular massages & my foot felt good after but always came back, not after several sessions it’s Cejaye.
My foot feels great now & able run again.

Nina is amazing knowledgeable and not rushed. Fantastic timing through the whole body treatment. Her knowledge of how the body works and impacted by factors. Will be returning. Her suggestions for helping yourself and whem to return are reasonable. She truly loves what she does and gives her clients the attention they are they for Love and recommend her.

Previous review - I saw Nina several times for an osteopathy massage over my endomitriosis. I was so much pain it was hard to do anything. The Osteopathy for endometriosis helped relax the muscles, made me bleed for a full 7 days with pain relief and the inflammation calmed. I continued to see Nina several months apart to get the full benefit.

Update August 2024:
I recently had an energy work session with Jarod, who was recommended by a friend due to my struggles with grief from a recent significant life event. My grief had been manifesting physically, creating a heavy, stagnant feeling in my body and affecting my overall well-being. Although I was initially skeptical about energy work, I was pleasantly surprised by the results. Jarod’s deep empathy and skillful approach helped release the tension and blockages associated with my grief. As a result of treatment, I feel much more physically and emotionally balanced and better equipped to move forward. Thank you, Jarod, for your expertise and compassion during this challenging time in my life.

After my session with Jarod, I followed up with a deep tissue massage from Ally, who was, as always, fantastic. This massage provided much-needed relief and helped further alleviate the physical tension I had been carrying. Ally's work complemented the energy treatment perfectly, leaving me feeling both rejuvenated and deeply relaxed. Her consistent professionalism and care continue to make each visit an exceptional experience.

Went to see Ally for a massage treatment- by far the best massage I’ve ever had, I felt relaxed, yet my problem areas were still treated and she clearly understood my comfort level in the treatment. I’ve noticed improvement after only one treatment! I’ll be sure to go to her again.

I had my first treatment with Nina at Natural Balance and it was amazing. This was also my first experience with Osteopath and it was wonderful. There is a lot less tension now in my body and with the stretches Nina recommended it’s going well and I feel great. I highly recommend her services and if you like to feel great it’s well worth the investment in yourself.
