Bought a hot tub last spring here in Cochrane with prompt service from I think the owner. I recently needed a new cover and a replacement valve. The staff are friendly courteous and knowledgeable. But Steve has the worst customer service skills Ive ever seen. I think I left 4 voice mails for him over a month period because no one ever picked up. Not once did he return my call or anyone else for that matter. No follow up on orders of install dates etc. Very poor customer service.
They need someone else in that position that actually cares about there customers!!

Our new tub is great and a pleasure to own. Getting it was a frustrating experience. To be fair our order was complicated and installation was interrupted by an emergency trip overseas. Overall it felt like Canmore operated like a well-oiled machine, with Guy and Blair putting in extra trips to check on things while we were away whereas Cochrane were still learning the art of communication. Not just with us but with their preferred “less hassle” electrician who wasn’t up-to-date on codes. Pretty much most things written down or said by Jeff or Stephen needed triple checking. When you’ve just parted with c$16 000 then it’s fair to expect some proactive customer service. The company has started a blog online which should help them communicate. We’d recommend filming a whole load of Youtube clips (e.g. Reminder of your orientation visit, how to winterize etc.) and emailing them to new and recent customers).
If you’re thinking of buying a tub these are the best we could find in town but be warned, you need to go in “eyes wide open”, keep copious notes and be prepared to chase things down.

Edit: since reading this review, the Aquafire team have been quick and proactive to address comms. They have shared newly created Youtube clips for us to review and share our ideas on communication - all heading in the right direction!

Purchase hot tub last october very poor service from day one.
Been waiting over 6 months for lens cover and oring for the fountain feature
been told over and over they would bring it in from Canmore. Steve himself said that he would get it bought over.
Using Calgary dealer for all our chemicals and items required.
I do not reccomend this business
As you all see Steve has responded,
I spoke to him in.person several times require the fountain kit for theb750 series hot tub paid $22,000 for it and he still insists that he requires more info.
He told me he would transfer them from Canmore and call me never happened.
Steve is a liar!
No customer service from this company.

Top to bottom, a great experience. Had a friendly and knowledgeable conversation with Stephen while scheduling our hot tub for a service and their Technician, Blair, who came to our house was professional, thorough and even played with our dog while the tub filled! 10/10 recommend this company!

Clay, Jeff , Steve and Guy have been absolutely wonderful to deal with! They are so informative and so beyond helpful. We purchased our tub and ended up wanting to upgrade after a couple of days and they were more than happy to help us with that with no fuss at all! We have loved dealing with them!
They are absolutely phenomenal and have wonderful deals going on!
I was lucky enough to get a trip included with my purchase and I am thrilled about that!

If you’re looking for a hot tub these guys are the ones to talk to! 5 star customer service, 5 star stock , 5 star employees!

Terrible customer service. Were great right up until we gave them 12k and then we were worth nothing after that. Not answering our calls, lying, cancelling appointments last minute then rescheduling and not showing up or even calling. Jeff is rude over the phone saying that we are the only people having issues or questions about chemicals that say are needed in the booklet provided but the specific chemical is not provided. We will never go back even for chemicals. We will figure something else out. We always try to shop local but in this case, BIG MISTAKE!
