I have been going to Glamour Nails for years now. I always have an absolutely amazing experience at Glamour Nails Spa! The staff are always incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring every detail is perfect. The salon itself is spotless, with a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel pampered the moment you walk in. My nails always turn out flawless – the technicians are truly talented and take their time to make sure you're happy with the results. I’ve been to many nail salons, but this one stands out for both quality and service. Highly recommend to anyone in the Cochrane area.

My friend booked a nail appointment for us to go at the same time on a Saturday. We got there and started getting our nails done. The man doing my friends nails just got up at one point and left to do someone else nails then came back to do some more of her nails then more people came in and he left again without saying anything and never came back to finish hers! The girl doing my nails rushed getting my nails done and was very rude. My nails are different sizes and shapes, the colour doesn’t even go to the edges of my fingers all because she just rushed through so fast so that she can do my friends nails who sat there waiting even though we booked an appointment for the both of us at the same time! Horrible experience will never come back here.

I would have given no stars but that was not a choice. I have been to this salon many times and have been reasonably satisfied. At 10:00 on Monday morning August 28th, 2023 I phoned to book appointments for a group of 4, 2 pedicures and 2 manicures for 2:00. I was told that was not a problem but when we arrived there was a scurry of activity and we were all made to feel it was a huge imposition and the staff were very unfriendly. The lady who did my pedicure was grumpy and kept lightly hitting my toes and asking in a very perturbed tone to relax my toes. I have never had this experience anywhere before and was quite shocked! After all our services, my 2 daughters and my sister and I all commented on the unfriendliness and rudeness of the staff. My daughter who had the manicure commented on how she was overcharged. She already has gel nails and merely asked for a fill and a very simple design on her nails. She was charged for the full nail service. I started with a pedicure and added on a manicure, and the lady agreed but was even grumpier. I was a total idiot but I did tip and have no idea why?!?! My feet are still very rough and I had done gardening that morning and still have dirt in my toe nails. There is a man that works there and if he is there, I will go back but if he is not there, I will turn around and walk out.

I 100% love glamour better than any other nail salon in cochrane, the workers are absolutely the sweetest people and make me feel so welcome. They are very flexible and always find time for me to come in, this is the best in town!!
