A really nice place offering authentic home made Italian cuisine, often right in front of your eyes. We had a couple of their sandwiches - spicy spicy and italiano - both were delicious highlight being the focaccia bread making a terrific foundation. They also have excellent coffee options

Had the Calabrese sandwich which was to die for and brought home make your own pizza for a get together with friends. So amazing and will add to my Cochrane stops when I come through town. Can't wait to try the cornettos

Great food, an amazing taste of Italy right here in Cochrane. Lots of fresh and frozen dishes, perfect pizza dough and delicious desserts. Rosella's Cuore di Mamma is an absolute gem that everyone should discover!

So impressed with how our charcuterie board turned our this past weekend. Our own board was used, I gave the shop free reign on design & meat/cheese selection and it turned out perfectly. Highly recommend!

We stopped here for some sandwiches over the weekend and they did not disappoint! The fresh homemade focaccia bread they used was incredible. Our favorite of the two we tried was the meatball sub, highly recommend! We also had the tiramisu and chocolate croissant, both perfection. We have a pizza oven so grabbed some of their fresh dough and it was perfect for our pizzas! We’ve tried dough from other Italian stores and this has been the best one yet. The owner is also such a sweet lady and we had a great chat with her while we waited for our sandwiches. We’ll be back for sure! Cuore Di Mamma is a true gem!!

We drive out from Calgary to come here for sandwiches. Their bread is so delicious! Sandwiches are incredible. Today so many folks came in to buy their amazing pizza kits. $15 for 2 doughs, pepperoni, sauce and cheese - all fresh and locally made. Definitely check this place out!

Love this place. Didnt feel like cooking much today. Dropped by and got some pappardelle and some sauce. In minutes had a great meal ❤️

Great selection of authentic Italian food / products. Found exactly what I needed, which nobody in Cochrane carried except them, also had the Spicy Capocollo sandwich for lunch and was blown away ! Best sandwich , freshest ingredients , even sat down and ate at the outside bistro table. Hands down the tastiest quick stop for the best price I have had in easily 4 or 5 years .
