Delicious food (very generous portions), comfortable ambience (pleasant music and decor), very comfortable bench seating throughout with amazingly friendly service there is little to complain about. The stir-fry noodles and noodle soup were both fantastic and spring rolls served steaming hot, lastly very large pot of green tea we left very satisfied

Food for quantity & quality= cost & authenticity needs work. I gave them a few chances to prove their worth. End result: not good.

Quantity of rice:meat:veggies needs much work.

Was not the best for quality for cost; really lacks authenticity. Better Thai food restaurants in town.

Looks good in photo & tried because of the high rating. The summer roll was okay, but the meat in my bun dish was very dry (especially the chicken).

The soup/broth of the pho looked clear, almost water like, and was tasteless

Hong Thai at Cochrane, first time eating there.
Very clean, like the setting, a cup of hot water with your cutlery in it, clean them further.
Food tasted good. Nice presentation on the dish of food when it came to our table. And love the relaxing music. Nice staff, friendly and helpful .

Great find hidden in the corner by the Dollarama. Had the chicken sub was pretty good overall but could use more filling as the bread was quite big. Staff are nice and the place is clean. Total bill with drink 12.08 that’s a great pice for lunch.

My team and I went in here after a 25km jog and it hit the spot.
The food was great and we were too hungry.
Next time I am hungry in Cochrane, I will consider Hong Thai again.

Recently my husband and I went out for stargazing and decided to swing by Cochrane for a late dinner and found a vietnamese restaurant. We were surprise they sell vietnamese sub. I love the meats! My husband had vermicelli, it was very good. He loves the ice-coffee! Sure kept him awake. Overall very good food at this place.

I was there 2 weeks ago with my family and I have to say it was a great experience. The food were extremely delicious at an affordable price with a generous amount of ingredients. The staff were super friendly too! 10/10 would go back again
