Ordered the tango burrito and it came with raw chicken! Only realized until after I took a bite. Staff should be checking if everything is fully cooked before giving it to customers! Completely unacceptable.

We enjoy this restaurant, it's so much better than burgers and fries! The service has always been great when we go in.

They seem to have purposely mess up are meals I get it that's it's New year's Day but that not an excuse for incompetence we ordered with sikp the dishes making a meal that my wife couldn't even eat because they put all the hottest things that you could add that she didn't order at all and my meal had all the sauce at one end my burrito I am going to need and demand a refund tomorrow or the meal that we ordered properly done for free.

I ordered the fish burrito and unfortunately it was inedible. I'm usually a big fan of mucho burrito for it's freshness but the fish was hard and not chewable and when broken in half by hand it had a strange black appearance. Very disappointed.

*A Total Disappointment*

If I could give zero stars, I would. I recently visited this establishment of mucho burrito at cochrane and had an absolutely atrocious experience. Arriving before their advertised closing time, I was shocked and appalled to find that they refused to serve me. Despite the fact that the restaurant was still open, the staff rudely informed me that the kitchen was already closed, and no food would be provided. And above that when I ask him if he’s the owner, he said YES which I highly doubt he is because no owner of any business will be ready to loose any coming business. He literally said when there is no customer then what you want me to do, sit idle inside the store and waste my time. Wow, the who are we, CUSTOMERS OF COURSE. I also mentioned that online and even on your door it says open till 9 pm. He lied to my face that it’s 8:30 pm everywhere and I had to show him on google about his own time. Then he also argued that do all businesses have to update always if they’re closing early. And I said yes business do update their hours or at least put notice at the door that they’re closing early, rather than being rude to it’s own customers.

We are also the owners of couple of restaurants and if we say we serve till TEN then it means we serve till our said hours, no matter what the situation is, and sometimes even after our closing hour if customer is present there before we close our doors. That is how you treat your customers with respect.

This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. A restaurant that can’t honor its own operating hours clearly has no respect for its patrons. I won't be returning and strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration and choose a restaurant that actually values its customers.

Got a medium sized burrito. Medium is not medium. They will give you a small. Barely any food in it just tortilla. Just get the mucho honestly. 1 star review for 1 star service;)

Very rude on the phone, zero accountability for messed up order that was over 90 minutes late, no apology or empathy. Experience bad enough to ensure we spend money on any other business but this one in the future
