Clam Chowder
The clam chowder had a good portion size, though it was a bit runny for my taste. However, the seasoning was quite good. Overall, I’d give it a 7 out of 10.

Butternut Squash
The butternut squash was delicious, with excellent seasoning. I enjoyed it a lot and would rate it an 8 out of 10.

Crab Cake
The crab cake was well-seasoned, fried, and crispy. It was decent but didn’t stand out as much as other dishes. I’d give it a 6 out of 10.

Mussels
The mussels were a highlight of the meal. They were well-seasoned, had a good portion size, and tasted really good. I would rate them a 9 out of 10.

Steak
Unfortunately, the steak was disappointing. It was hard and chewy, despite ordering it rare. The only redeeming part of the dish was the gravy. I’d rate the steak a 3 out of 10.

Service
The service was good. The server was nice and attentive, earning a 7 out of 10.

The venue is really nice and cozy, providing a comfortable and pleasant dining atmosphere.

To avoid the impatient backlog of traffic coming off the busy Tsawwassen Ferry & Causeway, Take the 2nd exit ( turn right on 52nd street ) and take your very next right again . Here you will find a little gem called ~ Pat Quinn’s Restaurant & Bar. ~ Just take an hour to relax and enjoy an amazing experience here while you let the traffic congestion subside .

I can write a whole bunch of amazing and good things, but this will be way too long !

The bottom line, amazing food , huge portions , great views, cool atmosphere. But honestly, the main reason we will return here again is because our service was an 11/10 ( our server Bryn ) You can have a meal pretty much anywhere , but we definitely will be back because of her amazing service today !

The five of us had an absolute blast—lots of laughs, endless chats, and even some exciting plans in the works. ?✨ I never imagined discovering a gem like this in Tsawwassen! The best part? You won’t be rushed out after 90 minutes (unlike some places in Richmond).

? The food was superb, the service was marvelous, and the prices? Unbelievably reasonable! My two eggs with a buttermilk biscuit and mini baked potatoes were just $14—less than what you’d pay for a lunch box in Richmond’s food courts! What a fantastic find!

Enjoyed an early evening with friends at Pat Quinn’s. The food and atmosphere is excellent. Loved the views of the golf course! Happy hour offers excellent value! The Happy Hour spring salad and burger is delicious!

I am here for the third time! Rigatoni bolognese and fries are exceptional. Great atmosphere, nice view. With happy hour’s pricing, this place has become a must-go every time I come to Tsawwassen.

And today I found another reason that this placw is a must go — Mr. Tom Kwan’s services! He truly made us felt very warm and welcomed. Despite the restaurant’s so busy and probably under-staffed due to BC day, he still served us with unmatched hospitality. We are truly thankful for Tom’s services. Will definitely come again!

Good food, great happy hour options everyday. Great view and lots of patios for outdoor seating in nice weather. We had the steak, loved it came with salad and fries, the brussel sprout appie was very good though verrrry greasy, deep fried..I prefer them roasted if done with bacon and a drizzled glaze, candied nuts/ seeds and dried cranberries etc. Id order them again if they were roasted as the dish was a nice balance of flavors. Our steaks were way under cooked but ok, they needed more high heat char to make the tasty grilled "crust" on a steak..everything was still very good! Loved the salad too, and the tacos were big!
