I had the most amazing experience getting my hair highlights done! The stylist ( Sherry) was incredibly talented and professional. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and recommended the perfect shades that complemented my look. The attention to detail and her expertise truly stood out. I absolutely love how the highlights turned out – they’re vibrant, natural-looking, and add so much dimension to my hair.

It was a really awesome hair experience. Tanya did my hair and she spent so much time on it and with care, I highly recommend her if you’re interested in the salon experience. I can’t say this enough, Tanya was an amazing hairdresser and she really brought my vision to life, she also helped me with color that would work and she told me some ways to strengthen my hair and it feels better than ever.

I've been going to Diva at their Seton location at least once a year since they opened. I usually only come once a year because I no longer live in Calgary, but visit at Christmas time. Most recently, I had a great haircut with Jailyn and an incredible brow threading appointment with Debbie. Jailyn took her time to understand what I wanted from my haircut and was very professional, and the end result was exactly what I wanted. Debbie was thorough and friendly and she completely tamed by brows that I had let get a bit unruly lol. While I've seen many different people over the years, I've never had a bad experience here. It's always a pleasure to know I'm going to get the end result I want. I literally wait to get whatever I need done when I'm visiting because I feel the service is superior to where I currently live.

Had my hair done at Diva for the first time today. Kaitlin gave me the best haircut I’ve had in a long time. She took her time and listened to what I wanted. All the staff were friendly. I’ll definitely be back.

I don't usually give reviews for my hair treatments but the whole experience I had in Diva Salon last night was exceptional. Caitlyn did an amazing job with my balayage treatment. I showed her the picture of my previous hair and she was able to exceed my expectations!! She was very thorough and make sure that I am comfortable all the time. I also appreciate her collegues who helped her during my treatment, it only shows the good camaraderie among the staff. The hand and head massage and a little welcome goodies were also a plus!

Glad that I have found my go-to salon in Calgary!!

If I could rate 0 I would. In the summer I booked an appointment and they called me 10 min before my appointment saying the stylist was running over an hr behind and they would have to change my time so I ended up canceling.
I decided to give them one more chance and booked a cut and blow dry today. When I called I specifically asked for someone who could do a great blow out and also told them I would need extra time as my hair is quite long.
This was the worst blow-dry I have ever had in my life I was in the chair for over 2hrs for a trim & blowdry. It took her over an hour to dry my hair (which has never happened in my life) and that hour was spent in pain as she ripped and pulled my hair. To top it all off the end result looked horrible and my hair feels like straw.
Will never return to this place
