A massage and/or treatment with Lisa is pure bliss! Incredibly relaxing and calming, I always walk away feeling less tension and overall amazing, both body and mind! Lisa is very respectful, attentive, friendly, caring, and has a beautiful professional space with an extra comfy bed. The soft lighting and music along with aromatherapy is a nice touch! I highly recommend requesting heat pads on your back, hamstrings, calves, or wherever is most relaxing! Do yourself a favour and try massage from Lisa…5/5 stars!

Lisa creates a lovely calming space and is very knowledgeable and respectful. I really appreciated the option to add different relaxation experiences (ie guided meditation, paraffin treatments, extra heat) to my massage, further increasing the experience to benefit my mental wellness.
