First they served my bf flat stale pop. We asked for fresh pop and the waitress tried to say she did give us fresh pop. Like I don’t know what stale pop looks/tastes like. So customer service definitely needs work. I would know as I have given a presentation on customer service before.

The tomato’s on my sandwich were not at all ripe. As showed in photos they were white/green on the inside.

My boyfriend’s burger was so smothered in bbq sauce that it was completely inedible. Fell apart, it was messy and sticky. Whoever is preparing food should be trained better. Really not good.

The food was extremely over priced for the amount and quality I recieved. I would not recommend this place.

Edit: Charge that much for poor quality, and chalk it up to the 2 years of global inflation we are facing; I'll just eat somewhere that can weather the market better. I would recommend the same to my friends.

This review was not written in a vaccume, specifically this Smitty's restaurant deserves 1 star next to other restaurants in this day and age, operating in the same economy.

Please don't go to Smittys. Original Joe's is down the street. They'll give you a great experience.
Went there twice, it's everything you can want out of a deep fryer. If that's your thing cool. The service is slow, the drinks are slow. (It might be management under staffing). The food comes out two plates at a time, should we eat when it's hot...or wait? They out and out forgot my order.. definitely tried to make it up so I gave them 2 stars. But they clearly rushed my order and didn't even toss the wings . The whole experience?

I usually love this place, Was halfway through my plate of nachos when I found a hair baked into the cheese.🤢 Still was charged full price for my meal. Definitely will be finding a different restaurant after this experience.

I recently dined at Smitty”s and I must say, it was an incredibly satisfying experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by the staff who made me feel right at home. The ambiance of the restaurant was inviting and cozy, perfect for a relaxing meal.

The menu offered a great variety of options, making it difficult to choose just one dish. I ended up trying the chicken burger and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were so robust and the presentation was beautiful. The portion sizes were generous and I left feeling completely satisfied.

Not only was the food top-notch, but the service was impeccable. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, making recommendations that ended up being spot on. The overall experience was flawless and I will definitely be returning to Smitty”s in the future.

We brought our entire work group to have dinner, and the food was amazing, the drinks were amazing, but the star of the night was mommy Kristine making sure that all of us were being taken care of. Thanks mommy and Smitty’s.

Didn't have sugar for coffee... Waited 5 minutes just to speak to someone after my food was brought out so I could get a fork to eat, not to mention ordering was difficult due to a language barrier. I wanted a water halfway through eating but no server in sight. Wasn't checked on at all. Need to ask for a code to use the restroom and if you don't see the servers, good luck. I've given this restaurant the benefit of the doubt and have been here 3x. The same every time. Mediocre at best.
