Been going here for a year now and every time is amazing. The atmosphere is relaxing yet welcoming. The woman at the front is so friendly. I've seen Jancy for all my massages and she is absolutely amazing. Always listens to what I'd like to focus on. Best massages I've ever had. Love going here! Such a wonderful place.

The staff is so friendly and welcoming. The massage therapist listens to concerns and is great about checking in throughout the treatment. They are also great at offering suggestions for at home care that can help maintain the results of the massage between visits. Highly recommend!

Had a extremely bad experience. I am an regular customer there because I like this place and Amanda Gills offers good massage. I had to miss an appointment because I had to take my husband to emergency care due to salmonella infection. She had messaged me when I was at the hospital with my 18 month old and my husband. She had asked me to "go somewhere don't come here". Very rudely.

If you are someone who wants good customer care, don't go here.

Jancy did a great job!! I felt so relaxed after my Thai Oil Massage, she worked extra on places that she could sense I was feeling obvious tension/stiffness. Very responsive, great place 🙂

The therapists are great but the receptionist is most rude and should never be a frontliner at all. She should allow a client to finish a sentence before she interrupts rudely and gives info that didn't even pertain to the unfinished question, without even an apology. 3 of us in our family are regular clients but I for one will NOT come again and your receptionist told me very happily "sure, fine, no problem"!!!! She's a disgrace for a Thai especially when they're infamous for their gentle manners and demeanor!!!

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding an incident that occurred in 2023, when I had an appointment scheduled with Reuan Namthip. I had been a loyal customer of your business for two years at that point, having received at least 15 massages, all of which had been positive experiences.

On the day of the scheduled appointment, I became very ill with a fever and was bedridden, making it impossible for me to attend. Unfortunately, I completely forgot about the appointment due to my condition. The following day, I was contacted by your office regarding my lateness, and I sincerely apologized for missing the appointment due to my illness.

However, the receptionist I spoke with was unreasonably aggressive and insisted that I would still be required to pay for the missed appointment. Despite explaining my circumstances and my long-standing patronage, there was no compassion shown. I mentioned that I would gladly reschedule once I had recovered, but the receptionist's response was even more hostile, threatening to submit the payment to Manulife insurance regardless.

To my shock, when I later reviewed my Manulife account, I found that this business had submitted a claim for an in person massage session that never occurred, billing it as a standard in-person appointment. I immediately contacted Manulife, and an investigation into this fraudulent billing was launched.

As a result of this incident, I have not returned to this business and have been left feeling deeply upset by the lack of professionalism and integrity. I trust you understand the severity of the situation and the impact this has had on my trust in your business.
