Can't wait til they fix the slide. Had a lifeguard tell a 3 year old you can't ride the slide. Pretty much cried all the way home , no showers in the family change room you have to shower in the public one in front of everyone at the pool, not much thought went into this pool for the younger generation. Sure miss the old pool , so little thought was put into this they took the yellow slide from the old pool and tossed it into the new pool. We'll it has sharp edges on the bottom of it from being cut to fit the tile at the old pool , but they didn't even sand the fibre glass sharp edges down on the bottom of it , be super carful cause it's almost razor sharp. Someone will get cut on it eventually

Very upset with our visit:( Called before hand (as we drove 2 hours from edson) to see the hight limit on the slide and they told us 40inches(3.3 feet) so we headed our way thinking my 4 year old nephew could go down the slide. Just for us to get there and get treated horribly when he went up the stairs to go down because he was too short, as the front desk lady told us a false hight and it was actually 48inches instead. The one female life guard pretty much ran up to us to immediately tell him to come down cause he’s too short. So of course we tried to distract him in any way and tell him the slide was broken( as other kids were going down) Then thought to bring him into the sauna to give him something special to look forward to since the slide was off the list, It was 12+ for the sauna…. Moral of the story it wasn’t worth the money or drive. The staff walks around and gives you the dirtiest looks making one feel uncomfortable and as if we’re doing MORE things wrong. Beautiful facility but poor service and staff.

Staff are wonderful. Facility is absolutely beautiful, modern and clean. We are very blessed to have such a wonderful pool in the area.

Dropped my daughter off for a Birthday party, my boys played on the climbing wall and park outside. Swimming area is Very clean, looks great from the guest area. My daughter said they all had a blast at the party. Great walking trails and fire pits in the area as well.
Definitely going for a family swim next time.

Really nice place. Easy to get lessons for the kids. They have a lazy River to float in, a water slide, shallow area for children with lots of floating toys, a separate deep lap pool with swing rope and climbing wall. They have a steam room and a huge hot tub. The only wish I have for the hot tub would be stronger and adjustable jets so when we drain ours for winter we would have somewhere to go for therapeutic jets-but it’s a darn good public pool and we are very lucky to have this gorgeous, new, well kept facility in a small town. Thank you Ricochet Oil Corp for this facility !!

They have a seniors 55 club that offers free pool classes in the morning on Monday and Wednesdays and free workout classes for seniors as well Tuesday and Thursday. Great facilities

The first time back after the Christmas break and I found the temperature to be cooler than normal. Otherwise, a great experience.

Some staff is good, but a majority of them are so rude. For the amount of money donated from the community they sure treat everyone terrible. Walk around like drill Sargents, harassing people CONSTANTLY. This pool is such a let down. I will go anywhere else. Great facility but run poorly.

Not to mention they delete the bad reviews and keep the good ones. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
