Theresa is absolutely amazing. I started seeing her for Bowen therapy almost a year ago to help with body numbness due to Multiple Sclerosis. She helped me get through the first year of living with MS, and I’ll be forever grateful for her patience, kindness, and determination to help me find relief. Theresa at Best of Health has been fantastic! I was suffering from pain related to fibromyalgia so much that it was difficult to get out of bed some days. Theresa was compassionate and kind and treated my inflammation over a course of Bowen treatments. Now I go for periodic maintenance and am so much better it’s hard to believe! My pain is almost non existent and I have so much energy! Highly recommend!

Theresa and the Bowen treatment are amazing. Back pain gone! Cortisone injections gone! I feel fantastic.

It has increased his mobility, speed and performance as an athlete and has kept him injury free and minimal down time. I am someone who struggles a lot with chronic migraines. I decided that Bowen therapy might be a good fit for me. Upon meeting Theresa for the first appointment she was very pleasant, knowledgeable and cared about getting to the root of the issue.

After a few sessions I was already starting to feel consistently better and the frequency of the headaches have gone down quite drastically.

It feels like night and day honestly.

Very happy with my experience and would recommend to anyone struggling with chronic pain/migraines.
