I had the bliss package which includes a facial and pedicure. My experience was amazing! Gloria is so kind and welcoming. I felt so relaxed and comfortable. She used the most amazing products that were suitable for my skin type. I would definitely recommend Soothe Spa!

Soothe Spa is AMAZING and an absolute must when visiting St.John’s! The staff are incredible, kind, and accommodating! Received a Facial By Gloria and it was absolutely wonderful, so very relaxing! She provided much detail on all products used during the service and took my skin concerns into consideration while choosing them! My skin felt and looked absolutely amazing, youthful, and refreshed! I Also have received waxing services from both Cherise and Wanda-Lee and both are absolutely fantastic really felt comfortable during this service with both gals! Highly recommend and definitely a hidden gem for those who don’t know about this incredible spa!

I have had many facials in different parts of the world and I would have to say that my facial today with Gloria, at Soothe Spa, ranks up there with the very best I've ever had. The Spa itself is cozy yet chic in an unassuming and welcoming way. I felt supremely cared for and the products that were used were absolutely top notch. Gloria's skill, attention to detail and thoughtfulness made my experience a true delight!!

Soothe Spa is one of the friendliest and amazing place. Unlike other spas, the people actually give value for money service. My attendant Cherise was amazing, my friends attendant Gloria was very sweet as well. We opted for Facials and were not at all disappointed. They accept Tips in Cash only. So, if you book them, please carry cash. Loved them, will visit again.

Establishments such as this make me grateful to visit St. John's. The kindness, professionalism and care of our estheticians was beyond any review we had read. My son's manicure, his first, not only soothed his hands, but calmed his mind. My pedicure...wow is all I can say. Gentle, relaxing and so good for tired feet. The warm bed and scalp massage put it over the top. I can't wait to return when visiting my son again...this will be my first stop. Gloria and Cherise, thank you so very much!!

What an amazing way to start 2021! I came into Soothe Downtown Spa to treat myself to a facial. The staff was friendly and thorough in helping me choose which service was best for my skin concerns. The service itself was extremely relaxing and performed with high quality products that were vegan and cruelty free! The staff (Wanda-lee and Taylor) gave me some great recommendations for future products to incorporate into my skincare routine and were very enthusiastic when answering my questions. It wasn't exactly cheap but my skin feels AMAZING and with the fantastic customer service I received I would say it was worth every penny. I will definitely continue to support this local business!
