We scheduled a Birthday Facial for my wife, and Aspire did not have the audacity to call beforehand and inform us that she would not be able to receive the treatment as they had ordered the wrong product. They waited until she had arrived for her appointment to break the news to her (with zero accountability). Complete lack of professionalism and customer service. There are a half dozen better locations in Airdrie to give your money to. I highly recommend avoiding Aspire and saving yourself the headache. So much for a “Happy Birthday”

We are super happy with the care we have received from Dr.Wang & his team. Our 2 month old daughter has been dealing with severe eczema & has had drastic improvement since beginning to see Dr.Wang. The team got us scheduled in quickly after a referral from my family doctor & has been great to deal with ever since. It’s a great feeling knowing your little one is getting the best care when going through anything medically related!

Had dysport and plexr plus with 2 different specialists. Both were fantastic. I am very very happy with my results in diminishing my wrinkles. Professional, adept and happy specialists.
Just had another plexr plus treatment today with Kelsey and can only say that she is amazing.
If this treatment is right for you you will not want to be in public for 10 days post treatment because the healing takes time for the scabs to heal.

Dr. Wang has been very personable and thorough since the beginning of my process of going through melanoma. It started with the front desk allowing me to inquire about my concerns over a changing mole. I sent in a picture and was brought into their office right away and got a biopsy off. Due to this fast action was able to catch this before it became a worse situation.
I’m very thankful for the whole team at Aspire Care and their diligence, and care through this process.

My appointment was for 8:00 a.m. (the first appointment of the day) and I was not seen until after 8:20, after I’d gone back to the reception desk to ask what was going on. How is it possible to be kept waiting for 20+ minutes at the FIRST appointment of the day? It may not sound like much, but I purposefully booked the first appointment so I wouldn’t have to take off work that morning, and ended up barely making it, which was very frustrating. Other than that, Dr. Wang was good, but I felt like my time was not respected.
