I recently dined at Maple’s Fine Cuisine with my family while visiting Drayton. We were in search of a local gem with lots of menu options to suit the preferences of both foodies and a 4 year old. Maple’s exceeded all expectations. They are the only restaurant in Drayton Valley with a Tandoor oven and make THE most incredible and authentic naan. We enjoyed the best Punjabi meal I have had in my life, full of love, care and clearly prepared with only the freshest of ingredients. Not only did the adults in our party enjoy a delicious meal, but when the owners noticed our daughter was looking for something a little more exciting for a 4 year old, they whipped up some fresh french fries and a strawberry milkshake. The service is unlike anything I have ever experienced and while seated for our meal I overheard at least 3-4 tables echo the same sentiments. If you are from Drayton or just passing by, you must make time for a meal at Maple’s.

I eat here often and usually get the butter chicken or the chicken vindaloo. It’s always incredible so it’s become my go to at this restaurant. But today the chef asked if I wanted to try a new menu item. This was my first time trying shrimp & spinach saag, and it tasted even better than it smelled. I’ll definitely be ordering this again.

I came to Maple Fine cuisine which is nestled in the Best Maple Inn and all expectations were significantly exceeded. We were hungry and couldn't decide on where to go, but we are glad we stopped here. There is a great variety of food, depending on what you are in the mood for, but the Indian food is some of the best I've had at an Indian restaurant anywhere! They put together a lamb biryani for me using an authentic technique and it was so delicious, the meat was tender and cooked to perfection. Don't expect rapid service, but if you can wait for the final product, the meal you will receive will be incredibly fresh, delicious, and authentic. I am looking forward to coming back next time!

Best butter chicken that I’ve had in Alberta.
They make it fresh to order, and they let you try the sauce first so you can decide how spicy you want it.

It’s a family run business and the staff are so friendly and genuine. I’ve really enjoyed getting to know them. The restaurant serves authentic Indian dishes and desserts as well as western classics. They offer free breakfast for anyone staying at the hotel. I’ve been staying here for months and I eat here three times a week — Butter chicken almost every time.

Went here for the first time and the food was 10/10. They care about your satisfaction/desired heat level and will come out with a small sample to taste to take your feedback to adjust as needed. The naan bread was wonderful and even better than the naan we order at one of our favorite restaurants. Prices are great, staff is great, and food/flavor is excellent.

If I had any constructive feedback to provide it would be for larger portions, the portions here are smaller than where we normally go.

Don't sleep on this place, go and support this wonderful business! You will love it.

I have only been twice, once for supper and we had excellent Punjabi food. This time was for breakfast and I was looking forward to it. The menu is filled with many traditional Canadian breakfast choices, all looked tasty but my friend and I asked, what would be a traditional East Indian breakfast? This turned into a wonderful chat about food and culture. Go for breakfast and order the Mixed Paratha!! Rip into it, dip in the homemade yogurt and follow with coffee. Enjoy!

Worst quality of food i ever ordered. I ordered chole bature, bature were raw and chole not good at taste i wasted my time and money only. Very Bad experience ....
