Elements is the perfect place to rejuvenate! My favorite spot to relax is the therapeutic pool! It is a must for everyone! If you haven't tried it out yet, you are missing out!! There is so many great things Elements offers! Give Elements a call!!!! You won't regret it!!

I love, love, love Watsu and Michelle! It’s like my nervous system immediately calms down with her touch and her treatment. I highly recommend this service for anyone struggling mentally, emotionally or physically.

I have been seeing Michelle for Watsu (occupational therapy) consistently since she opened her business to treat a knee injury that had me using a cane, and in a large brace with substantial swelling and limited mobility. Watsu is a phenomenal spa pool service and highly recommend it for anyone with joint or mobility issues. Some days it is great to just relax, but I always feel fantastic after a much needed session. After breaking my knee cap she has been my saving grace with such a needed service in this region. I would highly recommend Elements to anyone and everyone!

I love the Elements! My favorite is the warm soothing pool along with a healing session supported by Michelle! If I lived closer, I would be there weekly for sure. Strongly recommend
