Left this spa feeling very disappointed.
I had a previous facial here and it was wonderful but this time was very different.
I was placed with a very young girl that lacked confidence, she was very sweet but clearly didn’t have the experience I would have hoped for.
At check out I was asked if I enjoyed my service and I was honest and said that I did not… she then called the manager/owner over and the manager got very defensive. It was very awkward because other guests were arriving.
I found the manager to be very unprofessional and her response to my disappointment was to give me 15% off my treatment. I am grateful for the small discount however it would have been refreshing if she could have offered me another service to keep my business… I paid over $107 dollars she didn’t say anything, not even goodbye. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

I have never met a massage therapist more knowledgeable than Melissa, she genuinely cares and offers the best massage I have ever had. I had been sore for weeks and one massage from her and I was back to feeling like myself again. I also had a facial and it was one of the most relaxing experiences I have ever had. All of the staff are amazing. This place is a gem and I would recommend it to everyone I know.

I've been coming to this spa since 2004. I love the peace and quiet, Lori and Cheryl are amazing. I have never had anything less than an incredible experience in the 20 years I have gone. From pedicures, massages, facials, derma planning and the product line, it is all fantastic.

Pedicure was very disappointing. Old polish was used and applied to thickly. Never did dry properly.

The annual spa day with my bestie and the services never disappoint.
Highly recommend the body wraps for pure nurturing relaxation and hands down the best pedicure I've ever recieved.
Always worth the drive for a getaway thats still.close to home.

Such a great spa. Very reasonable prices, nice atmosphere. Incredible customer service! Needed to exchange a product and the staff drove to my house near Devon to make the switch!! My mom and I have been doing the Indulgence for Two package for a few years now and it's such a nice way to spend half a day!
