I had the pleasure of receiving a massage at TLC Rejuvenation, and I can confidently say it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Robbie, my massage therapist, was incredibly skilled, attentive, and professional. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming, and I felt welcomed and relaxed.

Robbie took the time to understand my needs and customized the session to address my tension and stress points. The pressure was perfect, and every technique used felt intentional and effective. I left feeling completely rejuvenated, with my muscles relaxed and my mind at ease.

Honestly mixed feelings. First off I booked with a female for a couples massage we got a male and female. I filled out the paperwork for the female and got told the male would be doing my massage. Nothing personal he was professional it's just not my comfort level. My husband loved his massage. He got so many extras that I did not get. He got a hot towel, mint oil, scalp massage, pillow when on his back. I didn't get offered any of it. There was also a mention of a free facial. When I brought it up to the front end staff I was told it no longer was a promotion. It's a nice family environment but not a spa environment if I'm being honest. Lots of extra family around eating, which is fine but I prefer a higher class spa and for the price I thought it would be.

TLC visits are always relaxing. The therapist very well trained, jolly and accomodating. I always enjoy the massages and visits at their center with my wife.

I had an amazing massage experience! Aside from having a very cozy and full of snacks lounge area, Ms. Suzette was professional and attentive, creating a calming atmosphere from start to finish. The techniques used were just right, helping to release tension and improve my overall well-being. I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I'll definitely be coming back! Last night my fiance and I visited this location for the first time. We booked a 60 minute couples massage. Complimentary to that was a facial.

We met with Rosealynd? Think that's her name? And a gentlemen.

We've been to a plethora of massage places as we fully believe in giving every business a fair chance.

I can confidently say that this was by far the worst experience I've had at a massage.

The unprofessional ism (people coming in and out of the room, a microwave in the room, the door being left open for others to walk by and see, my masseuse (Rosalynd?) Leaving for ten minutes while I just sat there) and the sheer disrespect when asking her not to continue touching a sore spot she found, or the lack of effort in actually massaging me was beyond unbelievable.

The facial itself (which i was not informed of the length of time) took about 30 minutes and only my feet were massaged. By the time the facial was over and she actually flipped me onto my back, my back was worked on for about 10 minutes.

While on my back, she managed to find a spot that I didn't know hurt. She worked on it and when it really started to hurt, I asked her just not to work on it. She continued to focus on it thinking she could make it better (arrogantly) I woke up this morning in more pain than I've ever been in and in a way felt that she abused my request to stop. My fiance overheard all of this too.

Now, I'm not sure if it was because it was late in the evening and she was just over the day, or if she could use some training in her work. The massage overall had zero technique, was super inconsistent and was an utter disappointment.

To top that off, my fiance was told that someone was out sick so he couldn't get a facial (which was fine, we wanted massages) but then we were told that we would get it free on our next visit... with a purchase.

Valentines day aside, this was an experience that would deter me from visiting this business again unless rectified.

I'm lead to believe that not every massage therapist there is like this, but the experience alone was scary.

I'll be reaching out to a manager/owner on Monday because I'd like to give a fair chance in changing my experience here.

This was only our experience but it's relevant and important for people to know.

Pros: Suzette was wonderful! I felt I was in good hands from the start. She gave me a 60 minute massage and made sure I felt de-stressed by the end of our session. She is a lovely person to chat with. The room was quite tranquil. They had tasty treats afterward ie) Coffee, fruits, crossoiants and muffins.

Cons: The outside signage for the business should be better.

It’s birthday season for me, and I typically try and treat myself to a little self care. I booked a Bliss package with TLC and I am glad I did. It started with the most amazing massage. This was followed by a dry brush, which made my skin feel alive and tingly. I was then treated to a scrub and body moisturizer. It was divine. And finally came a glorious facial. They use Eminence which is such a luscious product line. By the end I was relaxed and felt like I was floating. Thank you for an amazing experience, TLC!

Amazing stuff and very customer oriented. Friendly and understanding. We had a couple massage and overall were happy with the service. I’d prefer to have more deep tissue massage but i guess it was more relaxing moments. And yes, they offer snacks 🥰
