I love this studio! It feels great to start my day with yoga at 6 AM - no excuses for not showing up! All the teachers are amazing, and the space is calm, clean, and welcoming. I got a head start on my New Year’s Resolution by going everyday, and I’m so thrilled there’s a place in town I can do that.

As someone who has practiced yoga for 10 years, I’ve been missing a good place to practice and Element Yoga is a godsend!

Gorgeous studio, friendly staff. Just a wonderful vibe here. I absolutely love the cool cloth at the end of a hot practice, it just amplifies the experience. Variety of classes offered gives so many options on the depth of your practice. Beaumont is lucky to have Katina bring such a wonderful yoga experience!

A peaceful, relaxing and rejuvenating yoga experience. You'll be greeted with a smile as you enter this beautiful studio: either by the owner Katina or one of the many incredible instructors. Yogis of all skill levels are welcome and well supported here.

The studios are quiet and peaceful, with the hot studio running at 38ºC 😎. There is also a studio for rejuvenating and therpeautic classes at room temperature.

As a member for the last month, I have tried a broad selection of classes, and I have thoroughly appreciated the friendly atmosphere and the high quality guidance for Nidra by Candle Light to Hot Flow, this studio has a lot to offer. I always leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. 😌

Element is a beautiful space to practice any type of yoga. There is a variety of classes with different difficulty/ temperatures, times and instructors. I recommend this studio to everyone, there is a class to meet anyone’s preferences. I have been going to this studio for 9 months and I see a huge difference in my practice and flexibility.
