The play area and concept is great. My kids had a blast. The staff was very off putting. On the phone the whole time trying to figure out my son’s party there. No updates on the pizza. Picking at her bare feet in front of everyone. Was really unsettling and quite gross. Taking videos of all the kids. Like you book the party room for almost 2 hours and pizza didn’t get there until 20 minutes before we had to leave. Would have given a better review had the staff been more appropriate.

If I can give it half of one star, I would.
Where to start?
Let’s start from the beginning. When you walk in, there was no staff And when we spoke to staff eventually and told him that we have been here before with our first child, but we have since had another child and that child has not been there they look like a deer in headlights.
So there’s a barrier there.
Upon entering the sand zone, you quickly realize the air quality is trash For that reason alone, I’m surprised they’re still open.
After realizing the air quality, you will soon see the quality of the items for the lack of quality, broken toys, everywhere peoples trash it seems like they donated instead of throwing out good on their conscience, but reality they should not have been accepted as a donation. Every single item in this place seems broken or misuse to the point of repair needed.

I’m being Harsh because it’s being advertised to bring my children here well now I feel it should be noted that you should not bring your children. I will not be coming back. There should not be something at the moment there needs to be a restructuring.

I’m sorry for the harsh review truly I understand that you’re probably a nonprofit agency so maybe work on donation quality and work on promotions of fundraising work on community outreach to get more from the community.

I get the Every day feeling that it’s either gonna go under here soon or they’re just waiting for somebody to magically give them $1 million to renovate this whole building and make it more up to standards.

If you’re considering they’re daycare I’d look elsewhere, serious staff issues. Only 2 weeks in, my daughter has never had issues with her diapers but she’s been sent home in pull ups that weren’t hers and she’s not ready for and today her diaper was put on wrong so she went all over herself totally past the diaper as well as being sent with the wrong pants one time too. You’ll be losing your deposit if you have reasonable care standards

What a great place for my 3 year old son. Plus on the winter days I just need a break from my own house, it’s nice for him to have new toys and a change of scenery.

Very cool hidden gem in just outside of town! If your kids like to play in the sand or dirt and water but you don't want them to risk getting a broken bottle or something you might find in the local watering holes, this is the place to go. Lots to do! (Recommended age beetween 4- 12)
