The kitchen is never open, I went on a Saturday and the karaoke DJ cancelled, they refused to turn on the juke box so I could pick music, and then when I told them I wasn't happy about that and I wanted my pool deposit back she told me to go somewhere else.
They were all very rude and unprofessional. I will never take my business there again or recommend sharks as a fun night out.

Service sucked. Literally took over an hour for our drinks to arrive, let alone our food, and when our food did, it was cold and came out piece by piece. I kid you not, our friend’s mozzarella sticks didn’t even have cheese in them. It was honestly kinda sad.

Maybe we hit the MOST off day, but we won’t be back.

So we went there to play some pool, firstly they didn’t accept my student id while it was on the phone. Then i came back with an id from another country and they didn’t accept it while it clearly showed my id number and date of birth and expiration date. I even offered to translate or show them an original one. They still didn’t accept it. Never going there again!
