I purchased the extended warranty on appliances in 2018, I never used them and I went to claim my credit back after 4 years(2022) . I was told is it is 5 years No big deal. I came back next year. "We are sorry you missed that last year it has expired. I called back and was asking them to honor their deal . Instead I got store credit with only one store with a hidden detail. I got to spend the amount of my credit to get my credit . And that has an expiry date too. I just found that out today, being December 31st . Today is the last day. So I lost $700 in credit guaranteed after 4 years due to an error by a store representive. Credit is credit. Credit is not %50off .I have to spend $1400 to save$700. Oh and only on limited items. Criminal . Last thing I bought off them was a TV. Of course I couldn't use my credit on that. Crooks

I cannot say enough great things about my recent experience with The Brick in High Level. Trudy, Lisa and Clinton were amazing with getting me the best deals. When things didn't go my way, and I couldn't get the biggest part of my sectional into my basement suite, they ordered me another chaise and came and got the piece that wouldn't fit. They've been extremely helpful and friendly.

We haven't tested the products but it's so frustrating for The Bricks' services. They will promise you something that won't really happen. We went to the store on Nov. 24 to look for a bed frame and mattress. When we had decided what to purchase, we were told we'd get it on Nov. 27. So I called and was advised it would be delivered on Thursday, Nov. 30 and available to pick up on Dec. 4. Now, I called and was advised that it is still not available, and it will be delivered to the store on Thursday, Dec. 7. There is no empathy nor sympathy for any of their representatives. 🤮 If only we knew this was going to happen, then we'd rather choose the products that are available in the store for the day we placed an order. This is really important for us, especially for me as I am pregnant, but we still have to wait a few more days to get it. Who knows the possibility the item won't arrive again on Dec. 7, right? As the products will be coming from Edmonton. This really sucks!
