Really enjoyed the time spent on the new electro-therapy bed. Had sore muscles and a few knots in my back. After Kim Green calibrated the bed to my specific needs and let me relax on it for a session, my soreness disappeared! The experience on this bed literally felt as though 10 hands worked and massaged my pain away. It was an experience like no other. Thank you Altitude spa. Your professionalism and cleanliness was also very appreciated. I look forward to seeing you again soon!

My cousin recommended this salon and it didn’t disappoint. Their pedicure and manicure services were great! The customer service was next level and my niece loved the express pedicure she received. We had a lovely afternoon there! Thank you and will definitely book more services when I am next in town.

I had the derma planing facial recently. I was expecting a normal facial but I got this one from them. Finally I felt, what did is leaving opening my porous (scars) more into the surface of the skin that made it damaged my skin very badly. I was so upset and regretted to have that treatment. When I looked a facial treatment, I only looked a facial for glowing not for damaging my skin but what she did, she just peeled my skin and leave all the scar on the surface of the skin and there was nothing I got results rather than damaging it. The next my facial skin was so swollen, and I was completely upset and disappointed. I don’t want anyone to try this. Very bad. I booked with u guys under a different name, and I have my receipt as well and the copy of the credit card I paid. I asked from your reception what exactly I was looking for, but I am so upset of the result. If you want more evidence I can provide you and call you guys with the information. I don’t really like to leave the review like this for any business, because this happened to me on my face and everyone has one face if something happened, it’s also affecting their confidence. I also can delete this review, if you guys help me out to correct this. Because I’m so unhappy with this pores came on the surface of the face.

I loved coming to Altitude, girls were always friendly, facility is beautiful. I have come to them the past couple years for facials, laser hair removal, eyebrow waxes and lately lashes. Unfortunately, I've had a terrible experience with my lashes. The first tech who was doing them there was wonderful and I had no issues with her, but the girl who did my lashes the last three times was sloppy and all three times got primer in my eyes and burned my eyes. When I started coming to them for lashes I had told the girls I switched from my last lash tech because she brutally burned my eye a couple days before I went away on vacation. My only stipulation for the service is I don't want my eyes burned. The first time I passed it off as a mistake, the second time they were burned with the primer and lashes were glued too close to my lid which caused my lid to get severely irritated. It swelled and got flaky. Tried again for a third time and the exact same thing happened again. I put in a complaint and the response I was met with was the most disappointing part. I was told I was just having a reaction because I am pregnant and more sensitive. That my eye should be fine in a couple days and that is just how it is when you're pregnant. Personally, I would think a tech would be more careful and less heavy handed with a pregnant woman and after getting primer in her eyes since the first time, would try to be more careful each time instead of laughing it off in the session "oops I tortured you again haha". I don't take my eyesight as a joke. I waited to write this review until my next fill appointment I booked with another lash tech at a different business. Interestingly enough, it appears I'm not sensitive to the service because I'm pregnant. I'm sensitive to sloppy service. I did not appreciate the poor quality of my lash services at Altitude Spa being blamed on my pregnancy. I won't be using their service anymore after my experience with bringing forth my valid complaint and being met with 0 accountability from the business. It is a shamed, because I truly enjoyed the spa up until my lash experience, but knowing now this is how complaints are dealt with, I'd rather take my business where it is appreciated and care is taken to keep me comfortable in my "sensitive state".

This place is amazing. If I could give 6 stars I would. Shawna and Kyla are both great massage therapists. I recommend arriving a few minutes prior to your appointment to have a complimentary snack and coffee. After a massage booking a complimentary steam shower is so dreamy. Every time I come here I really love it.

I was here for a friend's Bachelorette party. It was a great time! All staff was professional and accommodating. The day was very well organized, we had our services with some time for refreshments and visiting. The amenities in the changing rooms were a great feature. I tried two services that I have never had before: brow lamination and a reflexology pedicure. I would definitely recommend both! I love the way my brows turned out. Thank you Altitude spa, I will be back!

Just bought the new Noel Asmar compression ankle socks. Love them!! My feet are 90% cold to where they turn purple. After wearing these, my feet are warm and my calves even started to tingle! Best circulation I’ve had in years. Also, best pedicure ever!! Thank you Haylee!💕
