The taxi didn't turn on the meter and we went a very short distance and the driver had the audacity to charge me 20 dollars when it most certainly wouldn't have even been close to that

The Hinton Taxi Service is a reliable cab service. I called them in an emergency situation and was given a great response time of five minutes, to which he was there in 4. The gentleman operating the cab company was extremely helpful and even gave us directions to services around town as we are not local to the area.

The taxi driver didn’t turn the meter on. Just to drive 2.7km I was charged $15. This is a scam.

Brilliant ownership and management, this was the best taxi ride I’ve ever taken. Went to cheers bar with 2 of my best buddy’s and the driver even let us use the radio!

We had a very lovely man help us today, our car broke down right outside of hinton and I called for a taxi to canadian tire, gave him a vague description of the side of the road we were on and he found us right away, drove us to and from canadian tire and he drove slowly with us back with hazards cause our headlights were not working and took us to a recommended hotel. I am so grateful for the kindness he showed us tonight. He definitely made our stressful night alot easier.

This was the best cab experiencei have ever had in my life the guy has such. He has such an upbeat attitude and it's so positive on everything this is the guy to go to in Hinton.

I called this Taxi company for a ride home and he asked where my pick up and drop off location was, I told him and he proceeded to tell me he couldn’t drive me because he doesn’t have winter tires and his tires are very bad!
I was not heading out of town just going from the valley to my place! I asked him why he’s answering the phone if you have no winter tires and I hung up. Never calling this company again and not referring anybody to them
