Location is not at all scenic, you can catch an ok sunset on parent way behind the hotel though if you don't mind highway traffic passing. Decent nature area nearby to the north east to go for a short hike. Room smelt of smoke but it fits its vibe. The free breakfast was a blessing to have with a large selection of options.

I got invited to the Den one night for dinner while a friend was staying at the Quality for work. The steak sandwich I ordered was loaded with gristle and not worth the price. We let that go until I found out this establishment is “too north” and “too sensitive” for comedy. So basically this place doesn’t even exist anymore. Weak.

The jacuzzi rooms was more than I had expected, was double the size of a regular room.
The breakfast was better than most other hotels i have visited.
Service was great, we asked for the 2nd house coat extra towels and pillows and they brought it right up.
However the maids could use to be a bit more thorough in the cleaning ..... there has been a couple things we had found that should have been dealt with before hand, but overall the room was nice and comfy beds

I’ve stopped here a few times working outside of Fort McMurray. The front desk staff are amazing, the welcome you get everyday walking in the hotel is above and beyond. The cleaning staff does a really good job. All around a very good staff, they must have a good manager because you see a lot of the same faces. Very happy with this hotel the staff is what keeps me coming back thank you.

Dropped in for breakfast today and was super disappointed. Server only wanted me to pay and take my plates away after 15 mins. I didn’t stay at the hotel, thought they had a buffet I might like. This is my 2nd attempt at giving the restaurant a chance. I don’t believe in strike 3. This used to be a great restaurant, not sure what has happened. Service was horrible, what I got to eat wasn’t good. This is my worst review ever. I always see something good but I can’t today.
