Bus left without us. Pick up indicated between 5:30 and 5:45pm in the mail. We showed up at 5:33pm (no parking around of course). We were told the bus had just left. No apologies, or phone call. We were just told the pick up times were approx. would have been lovely to know beforehand. The bus (who literally left 1 min earlier) circled back. We then had a fabulous time with the driver Jeff, who showed us all the animals around Jasper. We ended up having a wonderful time, but no thanks to the office staff who doesn’t seem bothered at all

The sales associate at the till told us that a 60% chance of thunderstorms wasn’t a good enough reason to cancel my raft tour with 24 hour notice….

We got our money back, but I was completely shocked at how rude she was being after dealing with her the day prior and having a good experience.

While Jasper is beautiful, dealing with the staff at this place is bothersome if you are pre buying lift tickets. They are not interested in the clients and dont acknowledge you unless you are standing right in front of them. Makes for a bad start to the morning before a lovely day on the hill..
