Me and my husband went in for our wedding anniversary, we didn't have a reservation but they were able to seat us and all the staff were so kind and welcoming.

The food was amazing, and their cocktails are extremely good.

The restaurant itself is so pretty, and well decorated overall it made our anniversary dinner so special.

Good dinner, went in for the special Valentines menus. Was a bit disappointed that the seafood platter which we went for was sold out but happy to know it was busy for them. Had the seafood chowder for Appy and steak dinner. Was good. Very impressed with the ceaser drinks. Was delicious.

The waiters are so courteous. Between appetizers and the main course, the wait time is a tiny bit long but totally worth waiting for.

They have lots of variety on their menu so lots of options to pick from.

BAD SERVICE!! BLAND FOOD!!

I went for Valentines, the food was alright just wasn’t what I was expecting, the lobster was hard and chewy, I wasn’t given extra plates, the server took away plates that weren’t finished, they were trying to kick us out because we stayed “beyond our reservation” but they had an empty restaurant. The server/manager Deb was not happy with the tip that I left, came back and asked why I didn’t tip the “standard 20%” for a visit that wasn’t even memorable. The tone that she used was rude and entitled. The lighting in the restaurant flickered, I’m not sure if that’s on purpose. I’m not sure if it was because we were the only Asian patrons at the time but she wasn’t treating all the other guests the same. I felt too uncomfortable to ask for her supervisor. Definitely will not be coming back, it was a shame that Deb ruined our Valentines dinner. I don’t even understand why she was giving us a dirty look on the way out. So much for being inclusive and welcoming.

My husband and I spent our Valentine’s Day dinner at Surekha’s on the Syne, and we couldn’t have been more pleased! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was absolutely fantastic.

The food? Outstanding. We started with the scallops and crab balls, and they were hands down our favorite dishes of the night. Cooked to perfection, the scallops were tender and flavourful, while the crab balls had the perfect balance of crispiness and rich, savory goodness. I would recommend these appetizers to anyone—they’re a must-try!

Our entrées were equally delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The attention to detail in every dish really showcased the restaurant’s commitment to high-quality food.

To top it all off, the service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly special on our Valentine’s Day.

I met a friend for supper before going to a musical event. The service was exceptional, the food was delicious and plated beautifully. The wine selection was excellent and very well priced! We shared a cheesecake or dessert. It was a little small but tasted delicious and the fresh berries were a nice addition. Other tables of guests were full of laughter and as I watched the food roll out I look forward to returning for another plate. Salmon - excellent - cesaer salad starter - homemade bits, dressing shaved parm.

Had been here for coffee before. Long overdue for trying for supper. Came for our anniversary. Was what we expected and more. Everything was excellent. Appetizers we had the scallops, 6 oysters (split half fresh and half baked), and caviar. Mains; steak and swordfish. Dessert the lemon lavendar cheesecake and carrots cake The Caesar was great. And so was the coffeetini. Specialty London fog.

The side potatoes were loaded and layered with flavor. That being said, the Top goes to the scallops and the swordfish!!!!!! Wow. Unbelievable flavors.

We had Karla for our sever and she was on top of it. Came around at the perfect times to check on us and just the right amount. Friendly, attentive and helpful.

Will be back for sure. Monthly date nights perhaps?
