My stay at Southfort Inn was excellent. With a police station close by, the hotel seemed really safe, and the Jacuzzi suite was roomy and spotless. The personnel was incredibly helpful and kind. It also offers great value for the money. Strongly advised!

Do not come to this awful hotel. Avoid the terrible experience and go literally anywhere else. They will take your money and then be completely unreasonable, rude, and unaccomodating. Zero stars, would never ever go back.

The hotel and room were very clean and the room was very comfortable. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. There is a Montanas restaurant in the same building and the food and service there was also great. I was here for a wedding and they were able to accommodate an earlier check in time for a reasonable fee and I appreciate that very much. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

Absolutely pissed off with this joke of a hotel. Had the night booked for a concert and received a phone call a half hour before arriving telling me that my reservation was canceled. Two friends that also had reservations received the same news. Ended up talking to people staying at the hotel and discovered that they overbooked the place. Had to sleep in the parking lot because I couldn't find another room.

We showed up at the Hotel and had 4 rooms booked. Upon arriving they told us our reservation had been cancelled due to flooding the day before. They did not contact us and inform us even though they had a full day to notify us before we arrived.

These people canceled all of the reservations last minute and jerked everyone around all so they could Jack the rates up for the weekend and rebook new people in. They were absolutely horrible to deal with and looked like they actually enjoyed putting people out. I’ll never stay at this hotel or any of its affiliated hotels.

The hotel is in a great location and what a great price for how nice and clean the hotel is. The staff are extremely friendly and great to deal with. My room and bathroom were very nice and updated. It was a quiet hotel and the air conditioning in the room worked fantastically. Only minor complaints that are just being nitpicky that I have is that the plug in were behind the bed on the wall and the hardboiled eggs for breakfast were frozen solid (photo shows the ice from it). Very happy with the stay and will be coming back.
