My daughter and I went for the Japanese Head Spa. The spa was clean and inviting. I sat by the fireplace while my daughter had her treatment. Melanie D was very professional and talked to us first and asked about our hair, scalp and other issues. Her many techniques throughout the hour was very effective and relaxing. The spa room atmosphere was so calming and the massage chair just added to the whole experience was amazing.

Booked a Japanese head massage with Melanie. It was my very first one, and I was not disappointed Melanie was extremely professional and melted away all my stresses from the day. Thank you so much, Melanie. I will definitely be back.

DO NOT waste your money on a business who does not value clients…new or old!! Deplorable!!

Japanese head massage - not a good experience. I could get past: water sprayed in my face (by accident), smell of fuel in the room, a simple hair brush and construction in the salon…you ask why? How could you get past these things when you are in an establishment to relax…because I thought they were new at this service.

The horrendous part is when I left a polite message on a Facebook post, they tried to make me out as a liar. They claimed that I had never been to their place and I did not know what I was talking about. Terrible. Absolutely astonishing that a small business would treat a client this way.

After telling this story to women that were close to me…their story is the same. Appalling customer service. The owner, Amy, does not want to take responsibility for minor mistakes. Which can happen in business.

Shame on you Amy. Shame on your representative who answers Facebook messages.

I have an issue with the last review! I have been going to envy lashes for over a year now and have always loved the work they do and the welcoming atmosphere. I feel loved and appreciated and I feel they go out of there way to make you feel your best self.

I’m wondering if this lady even let the studio know she wasn’t overly happy with her service or if she had questions about pricing? Respect would be to reach out and allow the business to correct what you didn’t like or offer an explanation of the price. I would 100% feel comfortable talking to either Amy, the owner, Michelle in Fort Sask, or any of her girls, as they are courteous and take pride in what they do. I have no regrets going to this establishment.

I’ve seen Antonia for the works - hair, lash extensions, brow lamination, lash tint and lift and more and I’ve NEVER left disappointed! She listens to what I want and I know I’ll never leave her chair without it. She creates a super comfortable atmosphere and I cannot recommend her enough!

Went for the warm, friendly atmosphere with Antonia for a spray tan and foils and I walked out of there a brand new person! Cannot recommend Antonias enough 10/10!!

Save your money and go somewhere else, I went there and wanted lashes based off photos they had in their advertisement only to learn its a stock photo and what I got was completely awful! I was told cost was set price and when I was done I was charged almost 50.00 more.
