Lack of communication, confirmation of appointment to be at 4:30, texts confirm the day appointment was made and the day of the appointment, then got cancelled because they had booked on their end for 4... Called about the mess up when the cancellation came in 15 min before Confirmed appointment at 4:30, spoke to someone and did not say they were unable to do the cut. Turned away my kiddos when they showed up at 4:25pm and wanted to book 10 days later due to their mess up on their system and their booking end. Very unprofessional.
