Although unusually busy, the owner/manager greeted us and advised us of the wait time. He helped his waiting staff and walked around assuring the satisfaction of his customers. The food took longer than usual due to a kitchen backup but it came nice and warm! No sitting under a heat lamp! Good experience overall, will go back. Just wish the beef dip was a bit less dry for the meat.

Was there during the day with a small party of about 10 (only 2 other tables in house were there- small parties of 2-4) and the food was decent but it took an entire hour plus for our food to come out. Took about 40min for two appy platter. Took an hour for just two salads for our group. Then after an hour and about 15min majority of the rest of the meals arrived.

Great server and decent food but took way too long.

Maybe tonight was an anomaly but we got there and found it not busy maybe 3 tables had people at them. We sat down and after 10 minutes the bartender came by and handed us menus said something and walked away. No drink order no friendly greeting.... then we waited another 20 minutes and were considering leaving. A table sat down beside us and they were also ignored. Another 5 to 8 minutes went by ( we are at 40 minutes now)and I finally got up and found a server and asked her if she knew who our server was because it had been over half an hour and we hadn't even had drink orders yet.. she promptly came over and took our order and put a rush on it. We then told her about the table beside us and she also took their order.

The owner then came up to us and asked us if we had been served yet, and made a point to say it got busy all at once.... we watched at least 4 tables of people walk in sit down and have their drinks and food before we were even served. Our food came and the wings were borderline cold. The table beside us had cold food as well. The server seemed displeased with the lack of tip we left.

I have been there before and we enjoyed it but tonight ruined it for us for sure. Not sure we will go back to be honest.

Excellent service! Food can be on the high end for a family meal. However, if the crowd is what brings you here, eat first, then enjoy some delicious finger lickin snacks while you hang out.

Nice environment, amazing food, but I would hate to see what the service is like when there’s more than a couple tables of people. Very poor service and really clouded the rest of the experience.

I have entered this establishment a handful of times when it was very dead and have waited over 20minutes just to get a waitress,with large breaks between anyone coming to check up on things(I once waited 40minutes to finally go to the counter and order more food because the waitress was mia,again this is when it was absolutely dead.)

I find the place an unprofessional environment(Seems as though the staff just sit around socialising like some sort of barbershop) with piss poor service.This establishment will never be getting my buisness again after I was confronted about 2 star my rating on facebook while out for my cousins birthday.

The rating was changed over 2 months ago from 5star to 2star and was nothing more than a rating.

Good spot to go with the Family, they offer 20% for military members, however that is an ever moving scanner. It used to be across the board, but now it is only on non discounted food items.

This place has amazing food. The wait staff are great and the prices are reasonable for the quality. Highly recommended. Thank you to Mavericks!
