Amazing service! Went in looking to solve the problem of a bad smell in my car. Staff was very helpful, especially John G. Not only did he search a video to show me how to install my air filter (car was new to me, hadn't done it before) but when the part arrived, he was out there helping me figure it out and helping install it. Will definitely go back!

Thank you to Justin M today for your help in picking out a battery for my truck and all of your patience with my none stop blabber, and loading it up in the truck for me. I just wanted to thank you for your patience and kindness today. I was in for a mini Cooper battery and my credit card wasn’t working. I had to leave and come back and it was an ordeal. But I just wanted to tell you that I was fixing my mini today to keep busy because my cat passed away on Friday. tomorrow would have been her first birthday. It’s been really difficult and I really wanted to get my Cooper running today to keep myself busy instead of sitting at home in the quiet. Your patience and kindness meant so much to me today. My first visit at napa today, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, Bob was a great help! Very knowledgeable they were able to help me with what I needed and went above and beyond to answer questions even came outside to have a look at my vehicle do see which product was needed, I will be back for any future needs for my vehicle!

NAPA supplied our parts from the first day we opened our shop and our experience with them is exceptional. The Owner is very supportive to us as we started to watch and learn in this business industry. Their team from their office staff all the way to the customer service, parts person, dispatch and delivery guys are all great - knowledgeable, friendly and they never get tired in giving their helping hand to us especially in finding parts they even outsourced it to other suppliers just to help us beyond our expectations. I went to buy a fuse for my truck with a sample . The fuse had a unique shape and George checked my truck and determined what needs to be replaced is on another fuse box. Replacing those fuses fixed the power window issue. I am grateful for his exceptional service. Every other person at Napa provided me with excellent customer service
