Not only is this a beautiful bed and breakfast, they also have hookups for a camper with electricity. We had the pleasure of being able to stay there for a night in our truck camper while traveling to New Brunswick and Nova Scotia recently, it was a very comfortable, level spot. The owners Carl and Lindsey, are the most caring and attentive host, they are such sweet people and we really enjoyed our visit with them. I would recommend this bed, breakfast, and camping spot to anyone, I hope to go back someday. And it's only a few blocks to Joggins Fossil World Historical Site.

My husband, 2 month old baby and I had the pleasure of staying at the Crab Apple Inn during our tour of Nova Scotia. We were greeted by friendly smiles and an extremely clean home. The house is cozy and brimming with charm and it is run by an amazing couple full of kindness and extremely attentive. We had a lovely breakfast in the morning before heading to the Joggins Cliffs. We would absolutely return whenever given the opportunity. Thank you for an amazing stay, Carl & Lesley !!!

Upon arrival I met up with guests who had been there the night before. Very Happy and delightful couple who raved about the Inn. I was taken by the freshness of the older home with well maintained original timeframe decor. In my room there were choices of pillows and a thick robe along with a TV with many options for viewing. ||The staff and the owner were exceptionally friendly and courteous. The breakfast was fantastic, we were all asked if we had allergies and had choices of coffee or many fine teas with our meal. ||The buckwheat hull pillow seem to have helped with some of my neck issues so I actually purchased one. I stayed here for four nights and enjoyed everyone. The owner one night was making cream of mushroom soup when I got in and she offered a bowl with toast to close off my evening. ||I would recommend this fine establishment to anyone staying near Joggins, the price and the value for your dollar along with the fantastic staff and food far out way anything in the area. ||||Thank you for a lovely stay. ||||John Terrio||||StThomas ON.

The above rating is not for a stay at The Crab Apple Inn but in regards to Carl & Lesley and their efforts to accommodate us. We were looking for a place to stay, with our dog, and a private bathroom. Carl responded and was very welcoming but informed us the bathroom was shared. He did offer to rent out all the rooms at a more than reasonable rate to accommodate our request. I must have driven them crazy with all my emails but they answered all of them and answered them quickly. Unfortunately, the one request they couldn't help with was a upscale restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. If we get the chance to visit in the future we will definitely look to The Crab Apple Inn.

We stayed for one night so that we could visit the Joggins fossil cliffs. The inn has recently changed hands and the new owners were super friendly and hospitable, The rooms are comfortable and clean. A full and delicious breakfast was included in the (very reasonable) price, We highly recommend the Crab Apple Inn

So happy to have made the decision to stay the night in order to spend another day treasure hunting on the magnificent fossil beach. We are avid travellers and we utterly impressed by every aspect of this B&B, even the other guests were wonderful. Bridget the owner is simple charming, the place was immaculate, the beds so comfortable, large bathroom and the breakfast was beyond expectations..

A beautiful place to stay in a quaint little community. The host were extremely friendly and very informative about the area and the province. Their home was beautifully decorated while our room was bright ,inviting and "homie feeling " The bed was extremely comfortable while the bathroom was very clean and a very relaxing hot shower. Breakfast was outstanding Presentation was perfect while the taste was amazing Will definitely be back soon.

We came for the fossil cliffs but this place was a surprise and a delight, obvious a lot of love and care goes into the decorating and the cooking. Bridget took great care of us the evening we arrived and her Mum prepared an over-the-top breakfast. Comfortable beds and loved the pillows!
