I have had my Arctic Spa since I purchased it five years ago as a brand-new unit. I have never had an issue with this tub, but I thought it best to have a once-over. The technician who came today was so kind, very personable, and hard-working. He took great care of my tub and the yard around it. I felt welcomed the moment I stepped into the store. The first staff member I spoke to was not able to help me with my question, but kindly directed me toward Charon. Charon goes above and beyond. She was incredibly kind and patient as I explained my question. Charon introduced me to Rudy, who was very friendly and genuine. Zack came to see if our old hot tub that came with the house we purchased was able to be fixed. He explained everything to me, and was very knowledgeable and kind. When it was discovered that our old tub was beyond repair, Janae helped us find the best spa to fit our family. She went above and beyond to make sure that the process went smoothly. They removed our old tub with ease, explained what we needed for the new tub and wow, did they ever deliver! The install guys Zack and Shawn are experts at what they do. Our spa fit like a glove. They got it in place smoothly, as if it were no problem at all. They are kind, efficient, honest, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. They explained the process, and also made sure I was comfortable with the care. They made sure the spa was filled and running before they left. Every time I have stepped foot in Arctic Spas, I have felt welcomed and cared for. Rudy and his staff are absolutely amazing and we will be life long customers!

We are seniors and just bought a new to us home. The home came with a Yukon Artic Spa. We were so busy the first few months we didn’t have time or the knowledge to do anything with the spa…except enjoy it.

The last couple of months we dropped in to the office to ask questions and purchase products needed for spa maintenance . The staff were so kind and patient and were so responsive to our questions. We decided to have a technician come out to give us further guidance. The young man was extremely helpful and we felt confident we knew how to empty, clean and refill the spa, so this last weekend we went ahead. I have been using the test strips both for salt and the other levels plus monitoring the Spa Boy App. The results have been all over the map and I was getting frustrated. I ended up calling Lethbridge Artic spa on several occasions, requesting explanations and help. EVERYONE I spoke to was so patient, understanding and helpful.

These spas are quite an investment and we find Lethbridge Artic Spa staff stand behind their product and provide outstanding customer service. Ray Paul and I are very pleased with not only the spa, and the customer service , we would recommend Lethbridge Artic Spa to anyone considering purchasing a spa.

Arctic Spas Lethbridge looks after their customers! Very happy with the service from Carl today who came and did some maintenance and a water change. He explained everything he did and empowered me to do a few little things on my own when needed. He came prepared with knowledge of what I needed done, and he had all of the parts for repairs and products I requested. I highly recommend Arctic Spas Lethbridge.

Everything about the process dealing with Arctic Spa was great. Janae, Charon and the install guys were all great to deal with. No pressure on the sales, super accommodating, good follow up, and good help getting my crazy high alkalinity in check! If you are looking for a spa, check them out!

I love my spa and I am grateful for Rudy and Stella's help in purchasing it. They get 5 stars.
Most of the staff also get 5 stars but there are a couple of women that are not so nice and seem to be annoyed with my presence and questions.
We got our tub and couldn't get control of the chlorine. After a tech came he discovered that there was a wire connected incorrectly.
Over the period of trying to get control of the chlorine we of course bleached out 3 different bathing suits. I contacted the office to see if there was a rebate I could get for the bathing suits. However, I was pretty much laughed at and told I shouldn't be going in the tub when the chlorine was so high. I hadn't previously been told this so kept going in the tub and I have reviewed the owners manual and haven't found this information their either. After having a bit of a tussle with the Service Manager I did manage to receive a 50 credit. But the money isn't why I am writing this, I think the entire conversation should not have been as difficult as it was. The high chlorine level was not my doing, it was because a tech plugged it in wrong.

Kudos to Shawn for his excellent service. He was on time, made sure our spa was placed just the way we wanted, cleaned up after he unpacked the spa, very knowledgeable, very informative, very professional. An enjoyable experience.
A pleasure dealing with this company. Would highly recommend it to anyone.
