The memorial centre always has wonderful events. My kids especially enjoy the lights and skating pond that's created in winter- it's really quite beautiful!

We visited Lacombe from Calgary and this was such a lovely park and so pleasant to have a picnic at. We were surprised to find a public ping pong table and enjoyed it very much! Definitely wouldn’t be able to find this in a big city. Love how well maintained the area is.

Can not say anything negative about this place. From Mary Lou and the layout coordinator being so incredibly helpful with our wedding to the night staff assisting us with our glassware we had to take home. If you are looking at this place for a wedding I highly recommend it. Your caterer will love this kitchen, as did ours and the outside area is just beautiful. If you're on the fence, book it now.

This is a beautiful building. Perfect for community orientated events and organizations. The outdoor gardens, the cafe and library are all lovely. Rooms are available to rent for birthdays, weddings, etc. I love that the city invested in such an important facility to bring community together.

Visiting from Calgary for 3 days.

Beautifully maintained park with plenty of benches and picnic tables. Favourite part is the table tennis table, made of concrete and metal. Equipment is also provided in a tool chest.

This is a nice park and all, but someone took the public ping pong paddles and ball from the bin under the table. Where did they go? Did a Memorial Center employee have to confiscate it due to the virus, or did someone actually steal them? My wife and I really enjoyed playing here before, but now the gear is gone
