I went to Hairapy today to freshen up my hair style. I noticed later when I got home Myah had cut off way more than the 1/4 inch I agreed to. She even asked if I wanted to keep the length, which I said yes. She dropped the scissors twice while cutting my hair. My hair was past my shoulders and now it's barely at the base of my neck! This was not my first time there, usually the stylist does a good job but not today! I am so disappointed. I usually pay $38 as I am a senior. She charged me $43 and I was good enough to leave a tip. This was definitely not worth $50. I am horrified at what was done. I will never go again, nor recommend this place!🥹😡

I’ve gotten a couple of manicures/pedicure from Janie, and she always does such a fantastic job! She’s very meticulous, professional and such a gem to talk to. Would definitely recommend!

The salon is very welcoming. I’ve been going to Hailey for 2 years and she always does a great job on my hair and does exactly what I ask for. She helped me treat my hair and grow it out longer. Highly recommend!

i had booked in to get my underarms and legs waxed, and the underarms went really good! the lady was super nice! but both my underarms and my legs had a ton of wax residue left and was told that after 1 shower it should go away, which is not the case. i understand that most times there’s shorter hairs that can’t be waxed, but there was patches of hair on my legs that weren’t even touched, like around my knees, that was as long as the other hairs being waxed. i’m not super happy with how my appointment went, and i feel as if i paid for a full job, and definitely didn’t get the full job done.

The spa is so gorgeous now. It seems to wrap itself around you. It gives you a feeling of peace and welcoming immediately.

Love it there! Wonderful staff! Great work on hair! And my gal got her nails done there, and loved it! They even have a beautiful puppy that hangs out there! And if your nervous about dogs they quickly put her away! A+

Update: Lauren the owner reached out and was very kind to rectify the situation. Thankful that this experience wasn’t normal for the salon and was handled appropriately afterwards.

Super disappointed in my first colour in 3 years. Trim was ok. The colour I had to come back TWICE to be fixed, (was charged an extra $125 to fix 2nd time), this fried my hair and it honestly looks like I DIY'd it myself. Chunky stripes of blonde against my dark roots. I don't recommend using one of their promotions, because the stylists that you get with the promos are beginner-level. I still tipped 20% because I felt I had to, but after weeks of people commenting my hair looks stripe-y, I'm going to have to get it fully redone somewhere else. Waste of money.
