My husband and I have been here before and we're super disappointed the first time. We decided to go back because my husband wanted to give them another try. When we got there the inside itself feels cold and not inviting(like most takeout restaurants these days). We ordered 3 burgers, 2 cookie shakes and a poutine. 1 burger is $12, no way should a fast food burger cost alsmot as much as a walkin restaurant. While ordering the cashier told us there was no topping for the shakes as they normally come with whipped cream. We said it was fine and took our food to sit. We picked a booth, which my husband went to wipe the crumbs aside from the previous person who was sitting there. I sat and opened my poutine and noticed 2 spoons which I figured were for the shakes so u got up for a fork to be told they had none and that he gave me spoons. Let me tell you, eating a poutine without a fork is pointless. You can't get the cheese, gravy and fries on a spoon. I awkwardly said okay and walked back to the table. My husband then told me he wasn't sure about his burger and showed me there was pink in the middle. At that moment I got up and walked out. I was so fed up that not 1 thing worked out as ordered. I left my food behind and my husband followed just as disappointed. We spent over $50, for 3 burgers, 1 poutine and 2 shakes. It shouldn't cost that. If something costs that much it had better be pretty amazing it a meal for a fast food chain. After that we drove to Dairy Queen where I ordered 1 burger and poutine for under $10. It was much better. Next time we will skip this restaurant. I will be shocked if it lasts in Lacombe as no business lasts if the quality is bad.

Will never come back. Went through the drivethru to have 2 people trying to help me at the same time. They were out of BBQ sauce and coffee. Then got to the window after I had already ordered a poutine to find out they were out of forks. (In the meantime, no one was sitting in nor behind us in the drive thru and still took 15 mins.) They proceeded to give me a knife to eat a poutine and said they had to order more forks. Was not once offered a discount for any of the 3 things (that I know of) that they didn't have per part of my order. It was so unprofessional service, I couldn't believe it. Are you telling me that you would tell a child to eat with a knife? No.

Over $20 for 2 small milkshakes and they didn’t even put whip cream or chocolate syrup on top? There was no one there inside or drive through and I went through the drive through and it took 15mins for the 2 milkshakes.

After riding in from Edmonton on a cold and windy day, we stopped in to grab a bite to eat and warm up. The staff were very friendly, and patient as we couldn't decide what we wanted. We ordered 2 mushroom burgers and a side of fries. The mushroom burgers were sloppy and delicious, just as a homemade burger should be. The large pickle was a bonus. The fries were fresh, crispy, and cooked to perfection. The bill came to just under $30 for our order, a bit overpriced, but everyone deserves a treat once in awhile.

We haven’t been to Triple Os in a few months. We immediately noticed that the staff had been completely replaced. We ordered and the food was ready to quickly considering there was no one else there so I’m guessing it sat in warners. The mushroom burger I had had 7 mushrooms on it on a good day and the fries were barely luke warm. Overall we were all and for over 55 dollars I felt ripped off.

I had a terrible experience at Triple O’s. The girl working the drive-thru was handling the screen and pinpad payments, then started making food with her bare hands—no gloves or hand washing. This is a serious hygiene health issue. Everything from toasting buns to adding toppings was with bare hands. I was so disgusted I left after getting my drink, without waiting for my sandwich. This needs to be addressed immediately. You guys got any standards here?

We went here for our first time this past weekend and this is what we received...
Dripping soggy and greasy breakfast sandwich. My kids nor myself could eat them the buns just fell apart.

They were cooked fresh infront of us. No one else was there. Thinking the cook should have not put so much BBQ and mayo or whatever that was, on them. They would have been good otherwise.
