I had a really good experience for getting my hair cut for the first time at Velvet. The ladies were warm and friendly. I really like how Bani cut my hair. She was great. I've rec'd so many compliments. I would definitely go back and recommend!

I have been going here for almost a year every 3 months to get my hair coloured and low lights applied. I never make an appointment, just walk in, usually in the early afternoon, and they are always more than willing to accommodate me. I find everyone very friendly and very knowledgeable and the salon provides a wonderful service for a great price. I receive nothing but compliments on my colour and cut!

They took their time, styled it well and made sure it looked perfect! Two people helped and both did great!

Usually got a decent haircut from here, but the last time they pawned me off on a male barber in training and didn't even tell me he was in training. He said he can do a fade when I told him what I wanted. He butchered the fade to the point I needed to get a new haircut from someone else to fix it. I called to let them know and they just hung up with no apology. At least tell the potential client that it's a barber in training.

The rest of the staff have always done excellent work though.

I has a spa pedicure with a nice foot/ leg srub followed by a lovely massage. The decor is light and pleasant and the staff is friendly and focused on client care.
