I absolutely love this gym! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The all-women environment creates such a supportive and empowering atmosphere, making it easy to focus on my fitness goals without any intimidation.
The facility is always clean, well-equipped, and designed with women’s needs in mind. The classes are amazing—whether it’s strength training or yoga the instructors are knowledgeable and motivating. The staff is friendly and genuinely cares about each member’s progress.
If you’re looking for a safe, positive, and uplifting space to work out, this is the perfect place. Highly recommend! Also Ute is the best💗

I have been in this gym for almost 2 months and i am really happy that i chose HER GYMVMT. The staff here is excellent, always ready to help, greet me with smiling faces whenever I come. Barb is outstanding, motivating and I love doing my training sessions with her. Thanks to the cleaning lady as well who keeps the gym clean all the time. Ute is on top always checking if everything is going smoothly and if I have any problems or questions. Also they have different classes here which are great as well. Love coming here.

One of the best things about this gym is the variety of classes available! From strength training to yoga and high-energy cardio sessions, there’s something for everyone. The instructors are knowledgeable and motivating, which makes the classes even more enjoyable.HIGHLY Recommended!

If you are looking for a ladies gym that has amazing trainers, exceptional front end staff, and is incredibly clean, this is the place for you. I have been coming to this gym for years, and honestly can't imagine going anywhere else. Everyone is friendly and open to helping in any way they can. Kim and Doris have made this gym into more than just a place to come work out; it is a supportive community that cares about you. The trainers are amazing and will help you work towards whatever goals you have in mind (Special shout out to Leah for helping me crush my goals!). Seriously, just come to this community already!

Love this gym! I feel comfortable and and at home here already! A girls gym is such an awesome concept! There's plenty of equipment and I love the infrared sauna! My husband keeps asking why my skin is so smooth 🤣
