Such a nice spot to stop for lunch, a treat or ask about their catering! Stopped in for my first visit and the food was amazing. Very comfortable, accessible location, bright and welcoming. Staff were incredibly friendly and the food was great! Scone and a Ruben wrap. Great lunch! I’d post a photo but I ate it before I could take a picture.

Great spot to unwind, meet friends or sit solo and people watch. They have a wide selection of in house fresh made soups, sammies and baked treats! It seems that there is always something warm “about to come out” of the oven and it is definitely worth waiting for!!

What a treat it was to find this place! A local (thanks, Glorya!) recommended it to us while we were visiting Amherst. The lattes were the best, and the date squares were delicious. We're looking forward to returning again soon! We highly recommended Johny's Java!

Discovered Johnny’s Java on a recent trip to Amherst from Tennessee. Fantastic oat milk lattes and the baked goods are incredible. Seriously missing those strawberry and blueberry breakfast scones WARM out of the oven ?. Such a friendly and welcoming vibe. Highly recommend!!

This is owned by a local, he does fantastic work by reaching out what his customers want, best ice capp around. Owner is extremely friendly and helpful. Truly a place to go for a local coffee and baked goods.
