We are very pleased with our new hot tub and the team at the Spa Spot. After waiting over a year with another company, we were told their tub would not be available for us for nearly another year. We saw Kyle at the Spa Spot and he helped us find a great tub that meets our needs and budget - and they were able to deliver and set it up the next day. THANK YOU for helping turn our hot tub nightmare into the hot tub dream we had imagined. Great team, customer service and product.

There is NO way you could be disappointed with the Service you get at the Spa Spot. It was my wife and I’s first tub, and a major purchase in our eyes. Of course we shopped around for the best deal. However, the “cheapest” is NOT what we look for. The service, understanding, and availability is key for us. Can you get a spa cheaper somewhere else? I know you can. However, can you get the same level of SERVICE anywhere else? Doubtful at best. Tyler and crew were unreal from start to finish. Tyler took us in, explain more to us than you can imagine and made EVERYTHING make sense! He earned our trust immediately! The delivery technicians were some of the most professional people I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with, even when faced with the challenges of moving the tub in. I can confidently say, if you encounter an issue with the Spa Spot, the issue is you, not them.

I must say, had my hot tub for over 3 years and the service is top notch. Everyone we have dealt with has been amazing. We had a technician here today, sorry don't remember your name, the man with the long hair....lol. He is very professional, and his customer service skills are top notch. Highly recommend!

From start to finish Kyle and Tyler were awesome they explained everything and answered any questions we had and no pressure to buy. Flexible install dates. The two guys (tub Jesus) that came out were very knowledgeable and explained how everything works. I highly recommend Spa Spot 5 stars isn't enough.

Being new to Calgary and having chronic back issues I was looking for a hot tub with a broad array of jets that provided a decent hydrotherapy experience. We went into the Spa Spot showroom and fell in love with their system. While we were impressed by their array of product, we were more impressed with Cole’s knowledge and easy going style. He was more about solving my needs than he was about selling us something. Once we purchased a hot tub, he found us a landscaper who built out the stone base. Having never owned a hot tub before, I had a lot of questions and Cole encouraged me to text him whenever I needed. When it was time to take delivery, Cole did the install and training. We could not be more pleased with our purchase from the Spa Spot.

I can’t rave enough about how great the customer service is at The Spa Spot! The owner and the staff are super knowledgeable and helpful. Even the owner is easy to contact if I have questions and he is super responsive and helpful (day or night)! It can be tough being a new hot tub owner and he has helped me immensely. I recently needed a technician to come out and the owner had someone out the next morning! Choosing The Spa Spot to purchase my hot tub from was the best decision!! I would highly recommend them and you are also supporting local 😁

We visited the Home and Garden show and came across the Spa Spot booth. The salesperson we spoke with was friendly and knowledgeable, and we decided to make a deposit for a hot tub. Throughout the process, we had multiple visits to the store where we received helpful assistance from the staff.
On the day of delivery, the lead installer informed us about the requirement of using copper cable instead of aluminum, as it would void the warranty. I asked them to put the tub in place while I called the store to clarify, and we were satisfied with the service provided by the installers.
When I contacted the representative at the store regarding the electrical issue, there was some miscommunication. The representative seemed to focus on what I should have done differently rather than finding a solution. I had a couple of questions regarding the information provided at the store and the supplied wiring diagram, but unfortunately, those questions remained unanswered. This was a challenging experience as my cable was buried below 2 feet of dirt and paving stones.
During the phone call, there was some background noise and it seemed like the representative was being pressured. Eventually, I agreed to speak with the owner, but the conversation didn't go well. The owner immediately placed blame on my electrician and made negative comments about their knowledge and pricing. At that point, communication became unproductive.
Later, the owner mentioned a potential fix involving connecting aluminum to copper with pig tails, but no follow-up call was received from their recommended electrician or Spa Spot.
After some research I was happy to find out that American Whirlpool has other certified representatives in the area, providing options for future service. Hopefully, this information proves useful to others.

I cannot help but notice you changed your response and left out some key statements. Curious. It's not about me thinking you are electricians, it's the fact the installer immediately checked the cable and said it would void the warranty, clearly he had been trained to check this it prior to drop off. Yet, when I was handed a wiring diagram during one of my many trips to your store to prepare for the tub, not a word was said. You have placed blame is all directions but one. We are happy with the American Whirlpool spa and ecstatic that we found another service provider to help with it as needed.

We shopped around, then a friend bought a tub from Spa Spot and urged us to check out. AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! We worked with Kyle the owner and it was the best hot tub shopping experience we’ve had, so we bought our tub! Model 471. Can’t wait for delivery!
